Abstract: A fishing lure box kit for carrying and draining offshore trolling lures includes at least one draining tray having a tray bottom, tray sides extending from the tray bottom, a tray interior formed by the tray bottom and the tray sides and at least one tray opening in the tray bottom. One or more lure frames are provided in the tray interior of the draining tray. Each lure frame has a frame interior and an open frame top and frame bottom. One or more lure cases are provided in the one or more lure frames, respectively. Each of the lure cases has a case interior sized and configured to accommodate a fishing lure and a case bottom configured to support the fishing lure and provided with at least one opening configured to drain water from the case interior.

Abstract: An adjustable fishing rod butt includes a first elongate member hingeably attached to a second elongate member. The first elongate member includes an opening on a bottom surface thereof extending at least into an interior thereof, and an alignment locking member secured about the opening on the bottom surface thereof. The alignment locking member includes an opening coaxially aligned with the opening in the first elongate member. The second elongate member includes an adjustable reel seat portion on an upper surface, and an angle positioning arm extending from a bottom surface and oriented to be received by the openings in the first elongate member and the alignment locking member. A locking pin locks the angle positioning arm to provide the butt with a specific angular relationship.

Abstract: A keel attached to a central body of trolling spreader bar is configurable with a plurality of fishing lures as an assembly to mimic a small school of fish. The keel is angled to urge the lure assembly continually to one side or the other from what would be the normal straight line of travel of a trolling vessel. By attaching an angled keel directly to the lure/spreader bar one is able to easily set lines behind the vessel at varying angles and distances which greatly increase the width of the full trolling lure spread.

Abstract: A pet container for transporting pets, in particular for air shipment of pets, comprising an outer shell having a top portion and a bottom portion, wherein the outer shell defines a pet chamber for accommodating a pet, wherein the outer shell has an opening formed therein for providing access to the pet chamber and a door for opening and closing the opening, and a climate compartment for receiving a cooling or heating medium therein, wherein the climate compartment is provided below the pet chamber and has an orifice for horizontally inserting a cooling or heating medium into and removing a cooling or heating medium from the climate compartment.

Abstract: A toilet for an animal having an up-down direction includes an upper container including a bottom part in which a plurality of holes that penetrate in the up-down direction are formed, and a lower container provided below the upper container. An outer periphery of each of the holes being surrounded with cross ribs along a direction intersecting with the up-down direction and longitudinal ribs along a direction intersecting with the up-down direction and the cross ribs. An uppermost part of the longitudinal ribs is higher than an uppermost part of the cross ribs. A part of the cross ribs connected to the longitudinal ribs being provided with an upper-side inclined surface inclined obliquely downward from the longitudinal ribs.

Abstract: A termite detection device, system, and method. The device includes a housing and bait strip. A first circuit board and detection switch are on the bait strip. A deep hole with a non-through bottom is in the bait strip. A supporting body capable of ascending/descending is in the deep hole for supporting a detected body. The first circuit board is electrically connected to the switch, to determine on/off of the switch. The system includes the termite detection device, a detector, and a database. The device sends a signal of the switch to the database via the detector. In the method, the detector triggers the termite detection device or the termite detection device is automatically triggered. The first circuit board determines on/off of the switch, and sends to the database via the detector for processing/storage. The switch is in a power-off state when no detection is performed.

Abstract: A pet privy system is provided that is compact for shipping, and can be easily and quickly assembled by an owner. The system includes a cloth enclosure that has sidewalls and a top. A frame assembly supports the cloth enclosure, and includes a top frame, first and second side frames connected to the top frame, and cross-members that are connected between opposite sides of the first and second side frames from the top frame. A removable pan having a length and a width is provided, with the length being less than a distance between the first and second side frames. The pan is slideable between the first and second side frames. An inner guard wall is also provided having two sides and a back that are connected together and located inside the frame assembly and are adapted to be located between the sidewalls of the cloth enclosure and the removable pan.

Abstract: A self-watering system includes a base comprising a reservoir configured to store a defined volume of water and a plurality of wick modules coupled to the base, the plurality of wick modules arranged in an organized pattern and configured to disperse the water from the reservoir. The self-watering system further includes a removable fill tube coupled to the base and configured to receive the water to fill the reservoir, and a removable drain tube coupled to the base and configured to remove the water from the reservoir.

Abstract: Assembly line grow pods that include watering stations positioned to provide water plant material at predetermined days of growth and methods of supplying the same are disclosed. An assembly line grow pod includes a track extending a length between a seeder component and a harvester component, a plurality of watering stations arranged adjacent to the track at a plurality of locations along the length of the track between seeder and harvester components, and a cart supported on and movable along the track from the seeder component to the harvester component such that seeds that are placed by the seeder component within the cart grow into plant material that is harvested at the harvester component. Each one of the plurality of watering stations is positioned between the seeder and harvester components such that water is provided by the watering station to the cart at a predetermined growth metric.

Abstract: An accessory, such as a bandana or collar, for an animal, such as a dog, is provided. A bandana can have a triangular fabric body. A strap is attached to each of two ends or corners of the body such that each strap forms a loop. An elastic band extends through the loops of the straps and is formed into a closed loop shape. The elastic band non-releasably couples the two straps and therefore the two ends or corners of the body such that the bandana forms an overall closed loop shape. The elastic band can stretch to allow the bandana to slide over the dog's head and to adapt to the size of the dog's neck.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for providing and operating a pump control module and one or more pumps in an assembly line grow pod are provided herein. Some embodiments include the assembly line grow pod having one or more pumps, a master controller with a plurality of bays and being communicatively coupled to the pumps, and a pump control module within one of the bays such that the pump control module is communicatively coupled to the master controller and the pumps. The pump control module is programmed to receive information regarding fluid within the assembly line grow pod, determine one or more control signals necessary to provide or pressurize the fluid, and provide the one or more control signals to the one or more pumps.

Abstract: In embodiments, the environmentally aware pet leash may restrain the movements of a pet and monitor environmental conditions during a walk. An infrared thermometer within the pet leash may be pointed towards a walking surface in front of the pet. The pet leash may display the pavement temperature of the walking surface, on an operator display and may alert the use to pavement temperatures that lie outside of predetermined range of temperatures. A laser point that is aligned to display a visible spot at the center of the area may show the user where the pavement temperature is being determined. The pet leash may also display and alert based upon data from a plurality of environmental sensors and a distance/route tracker and may report environmental conditions, alerts, distances, or routes to a remote computer using a transceiver.

Abstract: A tip for a fishing lure retrieval apparatus includes a tip body having an outer peripheral surface extending longitudinally between first and second tip body ends. The tip body is structured for threaded engagement with an extension handle, and includes a resilient appendage attached to the tip body at a location that is axially between the first tip body end which attaches to the handle, and the second tip body end. The resilient appendage may include a coil spring that projects from the outer peripheral surface and has formed therein slots distributed successively along the resilient appendage to receive a fishing line at a range of locations relative to the tip body.

Abstract: A dog harness is provided with a leash-holding element with controlled displacement for search dogs performing special work, comprising a back strap, a belly strap with a quick release buckle, and a chest strap running between the chest bone and the throat area. The leash-holding element with controlled displacement has an elastic design, stretching along the axis line, in line with the spine of the dog to a given extent, reducing the load on the dog when led on a leash, primarily during special mantrailing—search work, when the dog is sniffing the ground with an outstretched neck. The leash-holding element with controlled displacement moves on the axis line as a function of the forces acting on the leash-holding end element. The leash-holding element follows the mechanism of movement characteristic of search work, and allows smooth working for the search dog led on a leash.

Abstract: A planter apparatus is disclosed herein. The planter apparatus includes a growth chamber; a transmissivity-reducing window adjustable from a substantially opaque state to a substantially transparent state. The window can include a first transmissivity-reducing layer and a second transmissivity-reducing layer coupled to the first transmissivity-reducing layer, and at least a portion of the growth chamber is viewable through the window when the window is in the substantially transparent state. The planter apparatus includes a transmissivity controller for operating the window between the substantially opaque state and the substantially transparent state. For example, the first transmissivity-reducing layer can include a switching film and the second transmissivity-reducing layer can include a gel filter.
