The wearable device further comprises an indicator for providing an indication of the obtained product recommendation to a wearer of the device.

Abstract: A method and a system for providing a negotiation platform in the event that a listing fails by becoming inactive without the offering being sold are provided. For example, a negotiation eligibility detector may detect a failed listing of an offering. The listing may be associated with a first user and a first offer. A potential buyer detector may identify at least one potential buyer based on a user action associated with the failed listing. A negotiation manager may be in communication with the negotiation eligibility detector and the potential buyer detector. In response to the detecting of the failed listing and the identifying of the potential buyers, the negotiation manager may transmit a request to the at least one potential buyer for a second offer associated with the failed listing.

Abstract: A system and process provides online service providers with a platform to list services. The platform provides standardized templates for various business segments and business services associated within each segment. The electronic templates allow providers to conveniently enable/disable service offerings and input price, service tiers, and optional upgrades by toggling settings. The listing data is then received by the host and available to be listed through an online marketplace which may be presented to mobile application users. A search query by a consumer returns service listings that can be compared one to one by price a service offered.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for providing access to media content associated with an artist scheduled for performance. A media application enables display of a playlist personalized for a user, based on a location of the user, a list of artists scheduled for performance, and a media consumption history of the user. An input action causes a media server to populate the playlist with media content. The media server determines the location of the user, retrieves those performance listings within a predetermined distance, retrieves the media consumption history of the user, filters the performance listings based on the media consumption history to obtain a set of artists having performance listings relevant to the user, selects media content items associated with each artist, and organizes the selected media content items within the playlist.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for the aggregation, analysis, display and monetization of pricing data for commodities in general, and which may be particularly useful applied to vehicles are disclosed. In certain embodiments, one or more models may be applied over a set of historical transaction data associated with a vehicle configuration to determine pricing data. Some models may leverage incremental data in various conditions, including cases where fewer than a desired number of historical transactions are present in the bin of a specified vehicle, where fewer than, equal to, or more than a certain number of list prices for the specified vehicle available, and where no historical transaction data for new models is available.

In one embodiment, the method includes storing regulation data in a data storage unit, receiving user input for creating a military decoration rack design from a user via an input interface of a kiosk, translating the user input into input data, transforming the input data and the regulation data into rack data, producing a visual representation of the military decoration rack, displaying the visual representation to the user, transmitting the rack data to a production facility in electronic communication with the kiosk, and producing the military decoration rack via the production facility. The regulation data may include military decoration rack regulations, the kiosk may include a display unit and a processing unit configured to execute instruction data. The processing unit may be in electronic communication with the data storage unit. The instruction data may include an input module, an arrangement module, and a display module.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for leveraging real-time sales volume for conducting group buys comprising initializing a sale of an item, the sale specifying a current price of the item which is calculated based on a current sales volume of the item and sales volume ranges, processing transactions with users for items at a purchase price equal to the current price when a purchase request is received from the corresponding user, terminating the sale of the item at a closing price when the current sales volume has reached a threshold or when a period of time has passed since the sale was initialized, and crediting accounts belonging to one or more users with an additional amount based at least in part on a difference between the closing price and the purchase price for each item for the corresponding user.

Abstract: In accordance with one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a method for leveraging a social network to search for local inventory includes communicating with a first mobile communication device over a network, the first mobile communication device associated with a user, and communicating with a second mobile communication device over the network, the second mobile communication device associated with a social network contact. The method further includes obtaining a geo-location of the second mobile communication device, processing a search request from the first mobile communication device, obtaining a radius of coverage for a merchant, determining whether the geo-location of the second mobile communication device is within the radius of coverage of the merchant, and providing a listing to the first mobile communication device of one or more items for sale by the merchant when the second mobile communication device is within the radius of coverage of the merchant.

Abstract: Improved techniques and systems for delivery and acquisition of digital assets are disclosed. The techniques and systems are especially suitable and useful for delivering digital assets (e.g., media assets) that are available for acquisition and electronic delivery from online stores to electronic devices. In accordance with one aspect, when a digital asset is acquired form an online store via an electronic device associated with a user, the digital asset can be arranged for delivery to a number of other of electronic devices also associated with the user. It will be appreciated that the digital asset can be delivered and acquired without requiring explicit user input or instruction in accordance with another aspect. Other aspects of the techniques and systems include customization of configuration and user interfaces that are provided to facilitate acquisition of digital assets in a more efficient manner.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, device and computer program for providing image search information. The method for an electronic device to provide image search information according to the present invention comprises: a step of generating a query by using an image if a predetermined query generation event occurs while playing the image; a step of transmitting the query to a server; and a step of receiving a search result corresponding to the query from the server and displaying same on a screen, wherein the search result is a search result of at least one object included in the image. A purpose of the invention is to provide a method, device and program for providing image search information, allowing the search of a product similar to a product exposed in an image, without an additional input of a search word.

Abstract: There is provided a system and method to direct processing of orders to improve processing resource usage. QOS statistics relative to wait times and/or processing times or other measures of busyness may be maintained relative to physical office or branch locations where customers attend to have orders processed. QOS measures may be defined relative to these statistical measures of busyness that predict future busyness at respective locations. The QOS measures may be provided to a customer, such as in association with an order ahead application, to recommend to the customer to attend at a location that is less busy thereby distributing processing requests (orders) to less busy locations and better utilize resources.

Abstract: Disclosed are exemplary embodiments of systems and methods for facilitating payment account transactions to acquirers, based on purchase requests by Internet of Things (IoT) devices. In an exemplary embodiment, a method generally includes receiving, by an interface processor, a message from an IoT device at a premises where the message includes a condition related to the IoT device, and determining, by the interface processor, based on at least one rule in memory, whether to initiate a transaction at a merchant to purchase a product and/or a related product based on the condition.
