Abstract: A nail polish bottle holder device for adjustably supporting and tilting a bottle of nail polish providing a non-slip base having an outside edge and a pivotable stand permanently attached near the outside edge. The stand has a hollow cylindrical pivotal attachment pivotally attached thereto, an extender arm extending inside the pivotal attachment, and a holding ring pivotally attached to the extender arm. The substantially toroid-shaped holding ring has a flat non-slip internal wall. The internal wall, as well as the base, may be formed from cork, rubber, or high-density foam.

Abstract: To prevent faint writing or writing failure from occurring during a writing operation due to back shock and to reduce shock sound by using a simple structure, a pressure contact member protrudes from one surface or both surfaces on the side of a shaft tube and a knock body so as to come into sliding contact with each other, parts on the side of the shaft tube and the knock body being opposed to each other in a radial direction. Accordingly, even when the part on the side of the knock body retreats with respect to the part on the side of the shaft tube in terms of a releasing operation, a retreat speed of an ink tank becomes slow due to a friction resistance of the pressure contact member, and thus back shock remarkably reduces. As a result, ink does not flow to the ink tank in a reverse direction due to air introduced from a writing tip portion, and shock sound generated when the retreating ink tank returns to a normal position reduces.

Abstract: A disposable dispensing device for liquid, paste and other flowable or free-flowing materials, includes a fillable and sealable plastic enclosure (12) with an absorption section (16) having a storage compartment (18) and a sealing section (20). The sealing section (20) may be separated from the absorption section (16) by a tear seam (22). A fitted applicator (14) and a channel (40) assist with dispensing the material from the plastic enclosure (12). A sealing device (38), which closes the channel (40), is molded to the applicator (14) by a separating section (42) forming part of the sealing section (20) of the plastic enclosure (12). In order to dispense the material through the channel (40) of the applicator (14), the sealing device (38) can be detached from the applicator (14) at the separating section (42).

Abstract: A dispenser includes a moving assembly which includes an upper valve and a lower valve having a reservoir for containing a product. The upper valve having at least one aperture is coupled to the lower valve having at least one aperture. Furthermore, the lower valve and the upper valve are partially covered by a sleeve. The sleeve includes a shaped path. The upper valve and the lower valve being selectively guidable along the shaped path between an upward position for the dispenser to deliver the product and a downward position to store the dispenser.

Abstract: The outer surface of an inner cap 3 is fixedly secured to the inner surface of an outer cap 4. In the opened end portion of the inner cap 3, there is formed a rear end shell portion 31 which projects backwardly. On the outer peripheral surface of the rear end shell portion 31, there is provided a ring-shaped outward facing seal portion. In the front end portion of a barrel 6, there is formed a front end shell portion 61 projecting forwardly. In the inner peripheral surface of the front end shell portion 61, there is formed a ring-shaped inward facing seal portion. When a cap 2 is mounted on the pen tip 8 side of the barrel 6, the outward facing seal portion can be closely contacted with the inward facing seal portion in the radial direction.

The stick-shaped material extruding container is provided with a piston-shaped extruding portion which is located at the front end of a moving body and tightly slides in a filling part; the stick-shaped material is tightly filled within the filling part; there exists sealant between the stick-shaped material and the extruding portion, which sealant contains one or more components chosen from the group consisting of oil components which assume liquid state at room temperature and polyols which assume liquid state at room temperature; the extruding portion and the stick-shaped material maintain in a tight engagement state in the filling part by means of the sealant with the mobile body being retracted.

Upon removing a finger, the cam protuberance 3b turns sliding on a tilted surface, arrives at a position shown in FIG. 8C through a first vertical motion (distance d) and, further, arrives at a position shown in FIG. 8D through a second vertical motion (distance e). Here, a tilted surface of cam protuberance 3b comes in collision with a tilted surface of an inner cylinder cam 2b twice, and shocks are transmitted to a refill 7. By forming a step between the front half and the rear half of the tilted surface of the inner cylinder cam 2b, however, a distance of vertical motion of the cam protuberance 3b each time is shortened to decrease the shock of collision imparted to the refill each time.

A knock part is inserted into an insert hole formed in a second end of the shaft. A cartridge is inserted into the shaft and is integrated with the knock part. A control module is made of an elastic material, such as rubber, and includes an O-ring part coming into close contact with the nib hole, a spherical door having a spherical surface, a tubular holder secured to the cartridge, a first hinge coupling the O-ring part with the spherical door, and a second hinge integrally coupling the spherical door with the holder. First and second springs are provided in the shaft to act elastic restoring force between the control module and the cartridge.

The ball housing (15) has a ball resting seat (45) and a side wall (41) that are connected by a connecting surface (71) having a shape of a truncated conical surface with its apex toward the distal end of the tip unit (1).

Abstract: A disposable toothbrush apparatus incorporates a dentifrice and at least one rinsing fluid within its hollow body. The apparatus includes a brush component having a series of bristles secured to it and an opening between the bristles that connects to an internal lumen within the apparatus containing the dentifrice for automatic dispensing thereof. The apparatus also includes a handle component with a hollow interior portion. The tapered upper end of the handle forms a coupling area adapted to fit within the lumen of the brush component. The hollow handle component contains compartments for rinsing fluid so that no external source of liquid is required to brush ones teeth.

Abstract: A pen with double pen barrels is revealed. The pen with double pen barrels includes two pen barrels connected in parallel, a pen refill in each pen barrel, and a driving member disposed between the two pen barrels. When one of the pen barrels is pressed and moved downward, a pen refill extends out of a front end of the pen barrel, located to be in writing state. Then by releasing a stopper of the pen barrel, the pen barrel moves upward and the pen refill retracts to be in storage state. Thus the pen barrel and the pen refill extends and contracts synchronously. Moreover, interests in use of the pen are increased.

Abstract: A walk-behind floor finish applicator wherein a mop with a handle is connected to the applicator, yet is readily removable therefrom. This allows the mop to be used as a component of the walk-behind applicator for applying floor finish to easily accessible areas in one instance, yet allows the mop to be used independently for application of floor finish to not so easily accessible areas. The applicator is adaptable to receiving bag in the box floor finish, thus reducing cleaning time. The applicator employs a minimum number of disposable parts thus making it economical to produce.

A pressuring pump mechanism includes: a pressure member having a front end opening portion communicating with the inside of a medium containing tube and a compression chamber made extensible and contractible in axial direction; and a push member for coming in axial direction into and out of abutment against a rear end opening portion of the pressure member and for pushing the compression chamber of the pressure member in a gas-tight condition in a compressing direction. The push member is associated with the pushing action of a knock mechanism such that it is enabled to irrotationally move toward the rear end opening portion of the pressure member.

Abstract: A marker pen storage system comprising a housing having a plurality of receptacles for receiving marker pens, each receptacle formed to include an upper and lower cavity, the upper cavity located at the opening of the receptacle and formed to include a first upper inclined section and a first lower inclined section, wherein the first upper inclined section has a greater incline than the first lower inclined section, said lower cavity sized to receive a writing end of a marker pen, receptacle openings are formed immediately adjacent so as to create guidance walls between each receptacle, and prevent a flat upper surface from being formed between adjacent receptacles, and a snap ring formed between the upper and lower cavities, wherein a relatively airtight seal is formed around the writing end of a marking pen when it is completely inserted into the lower cavity.
