Abstract: The application provides a method for improving nutrient supply of female floral branches of Populus deltoides artificial hybridization. According to the technical links of the hybridization operation, the method separately integrates and improves the cultivation of female floral branch nutrient-supply seedlings (i.e., grafting rootstocks of floral branches), the pre-management of female floral branch nutrient-supply seedlings, the hydroponic management of floral branches, the Marching between female floral branches and rootstocks, the management of female floral branch nutrient-supply seedlings and the hydroponic management of female floral branches, so the goal of improving the seed-setting rate and quality of poplar hybrid seeds which came from the floral branches cultured in water has been achieved.

Abstract: The present application discloses a woody rootstock for efficient grafting of solanaceous vegetables and an efficient grafting and seedling culture method thereof. According to the present application, a woody rootstock clone with high consistency is provided through tissue culture, efficient grafting is completed through sleeve grafting technology, and the grafting survival rate is improved by regulating the healing environment. A new idea for efficient industrial grafting of solanaceous vegetables is provided, scions are imparted with new features through distant grafting, and the problems of low grafting efficiency and low survival rate are solved. The method has the advantages of strong operability, simplicity, high efficiency and low cost, and provides a technical support for the industrial production of grafted seedlings of solanaceous vegetables.

Abstract: ‘MSU 120’ is a new blueberry variety of Vaccinium corymbosum. ‘MSU 120’ is primarily Vaccinium corymbosum but is a complex hybrid with about 7.7% of its genes coming from V. darrowii, 6% from V. angustifolium, 1.7% from V. virgatum, and 0.2% from V. tenellum. It is a highly productive cultivar-with excellent fresh fruit quality. It is well adapted to all northern highbush production areas. Plants of ‘MSU 120’ are vigorous and upright, with numerous, moderately branched canes and well exposed fruit. Its berries are large, have small, dry picking scars, medium blue color, good firmness and flavor.

Abstract: A new distinct cultivar of Olea europaea named ‘OAC9805-01’ is described, characterized by an upright to spreading habit, dark violet fruit color, and high fertility. Plants have a high frequency of mixed shoots that produce vegetative buds and flower buds. Resistance to leafspot (Spilocaea oleagina) has been observed. The new variety is an olive tree, suitable for high density olive orchards.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of white nectarine tree denominated ‘NECTARCIEL’ which has fruits with high eating quality and very long shelf life without alteration before and after harvesting, with a semi-sweet white flesh and slightly greenish at maturity time, and a red pigmentation into and around the stone cavity, and an attractive skin with a high percentage of luminous purple red blush on skin surface, on a red background.
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHA773779’, particularly characterized by having white flowers with greenish-yellow and white lips, flowers that are concave in lateral view, lip curvature of lateral lobe is medium, and semi-erect to horizontal leaf attitude, is disclosed.
Abstract: A new garden rose plant of the Compact Floribunda class which has abundant, red flowers and attractive foliage. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation.
Abstract: ‘BENEDICTO’ is an early, seedless, thin-skinned lemon. The tree is thornless on stems and shoots, with large leaves and short internodes, vigorous and high yield efficiency.
