Abstract: A modular display unit can be configured as a counter top display unit or a floor stand display unit. The display unit includes a first tray and a second tray disposed over and spaced apart from the first tray. Vertical support members are disposed between the first and second trays and include side panels and rear panels hingedly coupled to the side panels. The vertical support members also include lower tabs engaging associated receiving slots of the first tray and upper tabs engaging associated receiving slots of the second tray.

Abstract: A food display counter (10) in which the chamber (14) for housing food products is closed at the upper part by a fixed longitudinal panel (22) and by a mobile longitudinal panel (24) which are arranged coplanar in a horizontal plane and the mobile panel in its open position is in a horizontal plane superimposed with respect to the fixed panel. The mobile panel is fixed at its ends respectively to a control device (27) which includes an electrical actuator (30) actuating to and fro a slider (36) with vertical guides (46), a horizontal guide (34) fixed to a sheet (28) supporting the actuator (30), same case applying to a plate (50) which supports the mobile panel and it also has a bearing (58) cooperating with an oblique cam (60) which is fixed to the sheet and determines the execution of the opening and closing movement of the mobile panel.

Abstract: A collapsible, easy-to-assemble corrugated hutch for shipping and displaying products is provided. The hutch comprises a back wall, two side walls, shelves and two side wall supports. The side walls are hingedly attached to the back wall and can be folded to capture the side wall supports. The shelves extend between the side walls and have front edges that are supported by the side walls and side wall supports.

Abstract: A towel rack having an actuating retainer bar is described. The retainer bar is configured to actuate down to secure a towel draped over the towel bar. A locking feature retains the retainer bar in a dosed position and can be released by a release device in some configurations. A spring configured in an actuator to pull the retainer bar up and away from the towel bar, thereby allowing a user to remove a towel or other article. In an alternative configuration, the towel rack has an engagement bracket that allows for the positioning of the retainer bar along a slot. The retainer bar may be manually manipulated along the slot and locked into position by a plurality of teeth.

Abstract: A foldable display support stand is foldable easily and readily into a folded collapsed condition. The stand has a foldable pedestal panel foldable in a horizontal to maintain the stand in a stable erected condition. A pivotal brace extending between the front panel and the rear panel is operative to an extended condition to push the side panels outwards in the erection of the stand, and they are pullable outwards and downwards to initiate the folding operation together with the folding of a pedestal panel upwards to fold the stand into a folded collapsed condition. An elastic cord is connected between the rear panel and the pedestal panel to facilitate the automatic erection of the folded stand to the erected condition.

Abstract: A sleeve bracket assembly has a frame and multiple first sleeve mounts. The frame has a first sleeve track having a groove. Each first sleeve mount has a base and a hollow positioning button protruding from a top surface of the base and having a retractable protrusion or a flange. The cross section of the base or the positioning button of each first sleeve mount is round, so sleeves can be rotated. The protrusions and the flanges can securely position the sleeves. Accordingly, the sleeve bracket assembly can position the sleeves firmly and also allow the sleeves to be rotated.

Abstract: A tower rack for holding greeting cards and the like is described. The rack includes a tower assembly structure which includes at least one panel section consisting of one or more side panels. Each side panels is configured with horizontal and vertical slits for holding merchandise trays. A base is configured to fit snugly to the bottom of the tower assembly structure.

Abstract: A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail movable connected to the first rail, a restriction member on the second rail, and a support base movably connected to an open end of the first rail. The second rail is pulled from the open end. The first rail includes an installation hole and a stop at the open end. The support base includes a buffering member contacting the stop of the first rail. When the second rail is completely pulled from the first rail, the restriction member contacts the support base which is moved and compresses the buffering member to reduce the impact force and the noise.

Abstract: A shelf unit configured to be supported between a towel bar and a wall includes a tray and an end bracket extending downward adjacent each end edge of the tray. Each of the end brackets includes a mounting block and a spring extending forward from the end block to engage the towel bar.

Abstract: A fastening device for furniture parts includes a two-arm lever having a front lever arm and a rear lever arm mounted on a first furniture part so as to be pivotable about an axis of rotation. The front lever arm has for engagement in a holder of a second furniture part comprised of a transverse plate supported by a spacer member, wherein the transverse plate is approximately hook-shaped and is provided with an inclined contact surface located in front of the transverse plate. The spring-biased lever is mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable to a limited extent and the front lever arm has an additional indentation for resting the lever arm on a fixed transverse axis.

Abstract: A synchronizing device for use with a pair of drawer slide assemblies where each drawer slide assembly has at least a first slide member moveable relative to a second slide member, and includes a first stabilization element configured to be coupled to the second slide member of one of the slide assemblies, and a second stabilization element configured to be coupled to the second slide member of the other slide assembly. A linking element extends transverse to an extension direction of the slide assemblies and synchronizes movements of the first slide members of the slide assemblies.
