The food processor can employ available positive pressure water supply, such as public utility water pressure to selectively and automatically push solutions, including rinses, backwards or forwards through the food flow path in the food processor.

A rotation unit is rotatably coupled to the cart and the rotation unit engages an inside surface of the cylinder. The rotation unit is electrically coupled to the control unit such that the control unit controls operational parameters of the rotation unit. In this way the rotation unit is actuated to rotate along the inside surface of the cylinder. The welding head is coupled to the rotation unit to weld the inside of the cylinder when the rotation unit rotates along the inside of the cylinder. In this way one cylinder may be automatically welded to another cylinder.

In some cases, the described systems further include a chiller configured to cool injectate in the reservoir, a sensor configured to determine a distance between the nozzle and food item, an actuator configured to move the nozzle, and/or a computer processor that controls an amount of injectate sprayed from the nozzle. The steamer pot comprises a porous steamer tray to allow the steam of water to reach the tamales kept on the tray and helps in cooking of tamales. Parchment paper tubes are used to maintain the shape of the tamales while cooking in steam. The pot can cook numerous tamales at a time, reducing labor cost.
