    Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide a sheet processing apparatus for passing sheets between an upper jaw and a lower jaw of a binder that is fixed on a intermediate stacking portion and stapling the ends of the sheet, wherein binding processing is possible for a large number of sheets and the problems of paper jams due to inclining or poor alignment are solved and which has a small size, is low in cost and is highly reliable.
