Abstract: Systems and techniques may be used for identifying a product from a uniform resource locator (URL) of a website. A technique may include receiving the URL based on a user interaction with the website, the user interaction triggering an event on the website. In an example, the technique includes comparing the URL to a database of stored URLs. The technique may include determining a portion of the URL, comparing, for example using a regular expression, the portion of the URL to entries in a specified product name column of the database, and identifying a product in the specified product name column corresponding to the portion of the URL based on comparing the portion of the URL. The technique may include outputting an indication of the product.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for analyzing customer communications to provide better customer service including generating customer related data from communications of a customer by at least one sensing device located in a venue, transmitting the generated customer related data to an analysis engine, determining based on an analysis of the customer related data a customer experience, identifying at least one suggestion to provide better customer service including the identification of a representative of the venue that the analysis engine has determined can assist the customer, and receiving the at least one suggestion including an indication that the representative should assist the customer from the analysis engine by a computing device associated with the representative of the venue.

Abstract: Systems and methods for recommending and implementing network documents for users to offer items in a marketplace may be provided. A system can obtain user data that includes an item offered by a user in a first electronic marketplace. For example, the system can identify and catalog items offered by a particular user. The system can identify a second electronic marketplace for the user to offer the item. The system can determine implementation information for the second electronic marketplace. The system can generate a network document for the at least one item that is configured to be presented in the second electronic marketplace based at least in part on the implementation information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for customizing consumer products. A display device may present a rendering of a customizable product to a user. The display device may also present a set of customizations on a scrollable axis. An input interface such as a touch interface may receive a selection of at least one customization from the user, and the rendering of the product may be updated to display the customizations selected by the user. An electronic file may be generated that includes product manufacturing details, which indicate the customizations selected by the user. The product may be an article of footwear, and a printer may print the selected customizations on the article of footwear.

In use, a repository of fallout errors associated with an ordering system is maintained. Further, one or more fallout events associated with the ordering system are automatically detected. Additionally, it is determined that the one or more detected fallout events are associated with at least one fallout error associated with processing an order in the ordering system. Furthermore, it may be determined whether the at least one fallout error corresponds to one of a plurality of stored fallout errors stored in the repository of fallout errors, in response to determining that the one or more detected fallout events are associated with the at least one fallout error from processing an order in the ordering system.

Abstract: A system and method for transmitting information related to items offered for sale at a marketplace location includes reviewing a first video stream to identify items displayed in the first video stream which correspond to the items offered for sale at the marketplace location, and generating a second video stream related to and including images of the items for sale at the marketplace location. Abstract: Systems and methods according to present principles involved highlighting objects such as on a store shelf. Highlighting is displayed by projecting a light directly on the object by means of a light source or may alternatively be indicated by displaying an indicator or image of the object on a display screen. Information about the targeted object may appear in a headmounted display, on a user's mobile device, or may be projected on a surface via the projector. Information provided to a user may include comparison product data, data about potential allergens, and the like. Highlighting can also be employed to suggest items of interest to the user. For example, products may be recommended to a user through analysis of user data and such products illuminated by a projector as a user walks through a store. Other highlighted objects may be those on a user grocery list or the like.

Some of the fields may be used to capture the description of the item, while other fields may be used to identify the other item and a relationship type. A cubicle includes a display of an avatar with one or more items of clothing, and an interaction unit for a user to modify the items of clothing. The method includes gathering the spatial coordinates of a plurality of points on the surface of the dressed person and body parameters that at least partly define the body shape to be determined.

Abstract: Methods and a system for automated onsite customer assistance are provided. A customer operating a Self-Service Terminal (SST) onsite of an enterprise establishes a communication session with a host system. Information passed between the SST and the host system is relayed to a device operated by a clerk that is also onsite. A real-time determination is made as to whether the customer is in need of assistance of the clerk during the communication session.
