To close its first end, the external container has a membrane capable of deforming when pressure is applied to the membrane. The membrane is configured so that a pressure applied to its outer face, along the longitudinal axis, pushes its inner face against the inner container and causes the inner container to exit at the second end of the external container in the absence of a closure system at the second end.

Abstract: A system for easily refilling cutlery dispensers and other devices includes a stack of identical cutlery items maintained by a retaining structure that can be removed either before, during, or after installation, depending on the dispenser configuration. In a first aspect, the cutlery handles are nested and the retaining structure includes a single adhesive strip applied to only one side of the stack. In a second aspect, the retaining structure includes separate adhesive strips applied to each side of the stack. In a third aspect, the retaining structure comprises a band extending around the stack, removal of the band from the stack being facilitated by breaking of a frangible section of the band. In all aspects a pull-tab or other graspable element can be provided to facilitate removal of the support structure. The stacked cutlery may also be loaded into a caddy or into a tray.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a package for a computer peripheral device comprises an outer shell defining a first interior cavity and an open end. The package also comprises a peripheral tray comprising a rear side, a bottom side coupled to a bottom edge of the rear side, and a tongue. A first end of the tongue is coupled to the bottom side. The peripheral tray is positioned within the first interior cavity with a second end of the tongue coupled to the outer shell. An elongated portion of the tongue between the first end and the second end contacts the outer shell and is deflected toward the rear side. The peripheral tray is slidably translatable out of the first interior cavity through the open end so that a portion of the elongated portion moves away from the rear side and the bottom side rotates within the first interior cavity.

The tube includes a distal end configured to breach the barrier when the tube is moved in a direction of the fluid in the repository.
