Abstract: A working process of a machine for wrapping products in packages, carried out with a thermoplastic material film from a reel, the process comprising: reducing a transversal section of a hollow mandrel to be smaller than a transversal dimension of a bundle of products, positioning a sealing device in a position for sealing overlapped longitudinal edges of the film while forming a new tubular film casing, arranging two vertically mobile elements of a sealing and transversal cutting assembly in a closure position on the head portion of the new tubular film casing and on the tail portion of the tubular film casing of a finished package, and conveying the new tubular film casing away from the mandrel, and repeating the process so that the product placed inside the tubular casing by the mandrel is wrapped in a tight adherent manner due to the elastic retraction of the film.

Abstract: An envelope sealing and flipping system can be incorporated into a mail inserter system to seal an envelope with a complete unbroken glue line and simultaneously flip the envelope face-up for downstream processing. The system includes a flip cage that receives an envelope and a moveable wetting brush that contacts the flap. The flip cage rotates, causing the flap to drag underneath the wetting brush, and realigning the envelope with a sealer nip which seals the envelope. The flip cage rotates continuously to receive, flip, and seal many envelopes.

Abstract: A pneumatic tool contains: a body, a drive unit, a piston element, at least one buffer, and a movable air tube. The body includes an intake head, a limiting sleeve, a switch, an air conduit, and a connection portion. The connection portion has a first guide element, a first guiding orifice, and the limiting sleeve has a shoulder. The drive unit includes a moving tube, a first segment, and a second segment. The moving tube has a protrusion, the second segment has a second guide element and a second guiding orifice. The moving tube has a coupling orifice and a cavity, and an air valve is defined between the cavity and the second guide element. One buffer is defined between the first guide element and the second guide element and includes a first through hole. The movable air tube includes an air inlet segment and an air outlet segment.

Abstract: A cigarette filter rod boxing machine, including a cigarette filter rod holding mechanism and a cigarette filter rod pushing mechanism. The cigarette filter rod holding mechanism includes a lifting groove and a lifting power mechanism. The cigarette filter rod pushing mechanism includes a bottom plate, a middle push plate, a middle push vertical plate, an upper push plate, and an upper push plate limiting mechanism. The middle push vertical plate is vertically fixed on one side of the middle push plate, and the other side of the middle push vertical plate is precisely opposite to the other side of the U-shaped groove body. The first power mechanism used for controlling the middle push plate and the components on the middle push plate to advance to or return from the inside of the lifting groove is arranged between the bottom plate and the middle push plate.

Abstract: A machine comprising: a flexible band (1) unwinding unit (11), a flexible band (1) folding unit (14), a drive unit (31) for moving the flexible band (1) in a forward movement direction (DA), a welding unit (16) and a laser beam cutting unit (53) for separating each individual flexible package from the flexible band (1) and for providing a fill opening in each flexible package by at least one fill opening cut, the laser beam cutting unit (53) having associated therewith a separator device, movable in a vertical direction and including an insertable separator element (41), interposed between the opposite faces of the folded flexible band (1), in an area adjacent to the fill opening (3), for separating the opposite faces of the flexible band (1) during cutting operations to prevent the fusion thereof.

The pivot member is pivotally disposed in the casing unit, and has a positioning pin. The sliding carrier has a carrier body slidably received in the casing unit, and a main track portion protruding from the carrier body, and having an island block and a surrounding wall that cooperatively define a main track. The sliding carrier is slidable relative to the casing unit between a closed position and a first open position. The positioning pin of the pivot member is inserted into the main track and is slidable in the main track along a heart-shaped route during the sliding movement of the sliding carrier.

Abstract: A packaging and container system addresses the different needs for packaging bananas, transporting the bananas, and displaying the bananas for sale, all in the same container. The system uses a box or box frame, and at least one perimeter wall that is an independent piece. A film (e.g. plastic sheet) is used to suspend the bananas inside the box during transport to prevent or reduce friction or rubbing between bananas and between the bananas and the sides of the container. Once packed, the box can rotated to its transport position where the bananas are suspended within the film inside the container. Once at the retail location, the container can again be laid on a side and a perimeter wall removed to expose and display the bananas.
