The control unit 10, when instructed to generate the plurality of user interfaces, displays a user interface object for switching to display of a stand-alone user interface object group displayed when instructed to generate each of the plurality of user interfaces alone.

Abstract: Certain exemplary embodiments relate to entertainment systems and, more particularly, certain exemplary embodiments relate to jukebox systems that incorporate digital downloading jukebox features along with karaoke jukebox and/or photobooth features. A combined karaoke/photobooth/jukebox may enable more integrated performance-like experiences in an in-home or out-of-home location or venue. By leveraging vast audio media libraries, trusted rights-respecting network infrastructure, and on-site image/video capturing from integrated recorders and/or remote portable devices, a more sociable experience may be created for karaoke jukebox patrons, e.g., where custom content can be generated and shared in a safe and legally appropriate manner.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a method, system and computer program product for operating a data processing system. The data processing system includes a display device, a processing device connected to the display device, and one or more user input devices connected to the processing device. The display device is configured to display a Gantt chart comprising a plurality of tasks and a plurality of constraints. Each constraint connects two tasks. A method comprises highlighting a task in the Gantt chart. In response to receiving a forward user input, the method further comprises highlighting a constraint exiting a previously highlighted task in the Gantt chart, or in response to receiving a back user input, highlighting a constraint entering the previously highlighted task in the Gantt chart.

Abstract: A common process control graphical user interface plant operators, plant maintenance personnel, and management is disclosed which provides a real-time interface to both the process and the plant. The common interface is modular in design and is capable of supporting various specializations for each user type. Operator consoles are dedicated to each section of the plant and include additional functions such as maintenance, configuration, simulation and supervisory information. The unified for common graphical interface replaces control room displays filled with single case analog controllers, meters, and digital indicators. The common interface addresses the functions that previously were provided by the panel motor start/stop buttons and status indications, chart recorders, annunciator panels and subsystem interfaces.

Abstract: Methods and systems for improved integration of an overhead representation (e.g., a map) with a street view representation. A user interface with at least two regions is output for display to a user. One region includes an overhead representation of an area and an interactive control overlaid onto the overhead representation. Another region includes a street view perspective that has a point of view corresponding to a position and directional orientation of the interactive control. Information about a user input that adjusts the interactive control is received and the street view perspective is updated to track the control as it is adjusted. The field of view of the street view perspective may be reflected in the appearance of the interactive control. Additionally, the street view perspective may follow the location of a marker as it is moved around the overhead representation.

Abstract: A media service presentation method, communication system and related device are provided, in which the media service presentation method comprises: obtaining the media presentation information; presenting media services to a user according to the service presentation information. By obtaining the media service presentation information, the media services are presented to the user according to the service presentation information. In this way, the scene SVG-based description is not necessarily needed, which in turn simplifies the terminal's computing process, improving the terminal's performance, and improving user experience.

Abstract: Techniques described herein provide customized user interfaces to users of clients based on the context of the client. For instance, the techniques may receive parameters that relate to specific client contexts, may transmit the parameters to a content scheduler, and may receive a schedule for serving context-specific user interface to the users. In response to receiving the content schedule, the techniques serve the context-specific content in scheduled locations of the customized user interface to the user.

Abstract: An image processing apparatus which is capable of improving the visibility and operability of icons for a user. The image processing apparatus includes a console section. A button data import-processing section acquires location information of a server on a network. A server stores icon data indicating an icon to be displayed on a console section, for use in executing predetermined processing. When the location information is acquired, a communication section accesses the server indicated by the location information to thereby acquire icon data. The console section is caused to display the icon indicated by the acquired icon data.

A user can hold an device such as a mobile phone in a first hand, and can use a finger of the other hand to navigate through an interface or other display, such as to move relative to the device to cause the interface to scroll, zoom, or otherwise adjust. The user can use a thumb or finger of the hand holding the device to select or interact with one or more user-selectable elements, objects, or portions of the interface displayed on a display element of the device, such as by touching the screen over one of the user-selectable elements for at least a determined period of time to activate or change a function associated with a gesture used to interact with the interface.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system which enables cooperative rich media content management, sharing, and publishing across a distributed set of Web sites, Web servers, and media servers based on control information in an online database. Media files are housed on any number of heterogeneous media repositories. The system of the present invention is used for managing, sharing, and publishing rich media content including video, images, animations, audio, etc. Authorized viewers access media files through dynamically generated content and media links embedded on Web sites. Content administrators publish media entries to any number of such distributed Web sites, and can set viewer permissions for individual video entries when published on specific Web sites. Content administrators can also dynamically establish media sharing and access relationships.

Abstract: Skin diagnostic techniques employed in conjunction with image processing techniques. For example, a user information module captures a user skin image. A graphical user interface enables selection of a skin-related application from a plurality of skin-related applications. A processor determines user skin image data from the user skin image, and identifies one or more sets of skin image data in the skin image database that correspond to the user skin image data based on one or more parameters specified by the skin-related application. The processor applies at least one image processing filter that corresponds to the one or more identified sets of skin image data from the skin image database to the user skin image to generate a simulated user skin image. An output display displays the simulated user skin image.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to dynamically transforming user interface actions into executable script commands and to storing groups of executable script commands related to specific tasks. In an embodiment, a computer system tracks user interface actions at a software program user interface. The computer system transforms the user interface actions into an executable script command. The script command is configured to perform the tracked user interface action when executed. The computer system also dynamically displays the resulting executable script commands in a script command window as the user interface actions are entered by the computer user. The computer system may further determine that multiple user interface actions correspond to a specified task and store the resulting executable script commands related to the specified task as a combined group of executable script commands.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes displaying a first content item on a screen of a computing device, the first content item occupying the entire screen and comprising an icon representing a second content item; and in response to a first user input, displaying a first animation sequence depicting the icon opening up to reveal the second content item, the second content item eventually replacing the first content item and occupying the entire screen. In one embodiment, the method further includes in response to a second user input, displaying a second animation sequence depicting the second content item closing down and returning to the icon included in the first content item, the second content item eventually disappearing from the screen.
