Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein describe generating virtual backgrounds for video communications. A virtual background generator may monitor a user's calendar and/or inbox for meetings. The virtual background generator may analyze the context of calendar invites and/or scheduled meetings to generate one or more virtual backgrounds for a video conference. A first background may be displayed for the video conference. Additionally, the virtual background generator may update the virtual background based on an analysis of one or more topics being discussed during the video conference. Based on the analysis of the one or more topics being discussed, the virtual background generator may generate a second virtual background to replace the first virtual background.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for mapping processing. The method comprises acquiring a first table and a second table, and determining a first header of the first table and a second header of the second table based on received attribute setting information. The method further comprises acquiring a group of column names from the first header and the second header, wherein the group of column names includes a first column name in the first table and a second column name in the second table. The method also comprises mapping the group of column names to a mapped column name; merging the first table and the second table based on the mapped column name and outputting a merged table.

Abstract: A computing system may identify a first reference citation within a technical document, wherein the first reference citation is identified based at least in part a length of a first block of text that is included in the first reference citation and an inclusion of at least one numeric character in the first block of text. The computing system may determine, based on querying at least one datastore, whether the first reference citation matches a matching stored reference citation. The computing system may determine, based at least in part on whether the first reference citation matches the matching stored reference citation, an error review prioritization status for the first reference citation. The error review prioritization status may also be determined based, in part, on a specified revision number for the first reference citation. The computing system may provide visual feedback indicating the error review prioritization status.

Abstract: A construction management system allows a user to capture an item identifier from an item (e.g., shipment, group of components, and/or one or more components) using a mobile device. The item identifier may be used to identify a project and access a model for the product, identify a component in a model, and/or identify the components in a shipment for staging purposes. Moreover, the system may be used to identify a status for the one or more components. The status may be that the one or more components are shipped, received, staged for assembly, installed, or the like. The status of the one or more components may be automatically updated by capturing the item identifier. Moreover, the user may also select shipment information for past, current, and/or future shipments in order to identify the one or more components associated with each of the shipments.

Abstract: A method and system for providing one or more suggested application features to a user of an application may include receiving an indication of a user action in a document, accessing contextual document data associated with the document, providing at least one of information about the user action or the contextual document data as input to a machine-learning (ML) model to predict a desired intent for the document, obtaining the predicted desired intent as an output from the ML model, identifying based on the predicted desired intent one or more application features that fulfil the desired intent, and providing data about the one or more application features for display.

Abstract: A system and method for tracking differences between a last state seen by a user and a current state is provided. A user views a graphical user interface (GUI) wind that displays one or more states. Should the user's focus shift from the GUI and return after one or more states displayed therein have been modified, the system highlights the change between the current state and the user's last seen state.

Abstract: In a method for passively relating data to metadata, associations that relate data in a first database to metadata in a second database are received, wherein an association links the data to the metadata, wherein the data is for use in a software application, and wherein the associations are created automatically without user interaction. A visual clue is displayed in a graphical interface of the software application, wherein the visual clue corresponds to a visual representation of the data, and wherein the visual clue is created based on the metadata and the associations. The metadata corresponding to the visual clue is searched for in response to detecting a user interaction with the visual clue. A first portion of the metadata related to the data is displayed.

Abstract: A system and method for guiding a user after an accident and gathering relevant data for an insurance claim and/or a coverage determination. The system includes a mobile device having a memory element, processing element, communication element and user interface. The mobile device may also include a sensor and/or global positioning system. The user interface and/or sensor of the mobile device (e.g., microphone. UPS, camera, etc.) may receive information relevant to an insurance claim, including by directing a user to capture images of relevant objects and/or querying the user for verbal description(s) of facts regarding the accident. The information gathered may be saved on the memory element of the mobile device. The information may also be transmitted to a server via a network in the form of a structured incident data report.

Abstract: A virtual environment may be provided, the virtual environment including a procedurally generated virtual landscape. The virtual landscape may include various components, such as natural terrain elements, infrastructural elements, and residential/commercial properties, that are automatically generated based upon procedural rules so as to provide uniqueness of any one virtual landscape. A user may enter the virtual environment and, via various virtual tools, identify aspects of the generated virtual landscape that affect risk to one or more of the properties therein.

Abstract: A system and method for generating a document control item is described. The system accesses a text document and extracts a portion of the text document. The portion comprises some but not all of the text document. The system sends the portion of the text document to a trained machine learning model and, in response, receives a classification of the portion as demarking a section break. The system modifies the text document by inserting a document control item into the text document at a location of each portion classified as demarking a section break. The system stores the modified document.

Abstract: Provided are systems, methods, and computer-program products for a proxy network that can determine, for a set of objects, an initial differential, where the initial differential is determined using a rules data store of a host network. The proxy network can further determine a supplemental differential for the set of objects. The proxy network can further determine a final differential that is the sum of the initial differential and the supplemental differential. The proxy network can further determine a final sum for the set of objects that is the object value less the final differential. The proxy network can further generate an outbound data packet that includes values corresponding to the set of objects and the final sum. When the host network receives the outbound data packet, the host network can modify an object data store using the values corresponding to the set of objects and the final sum.

Abstract: A system and a method are provided for collaborative data entry and integration. An operation performed by the system and the method include causing a collaborative interface for input to a spreadsheet to be provided via a user interface, receiving a data entry to the spreadsheet via the collaborative interface, validating the received data entry based on one or more validity rules associated with the spreadsheet, capturing a snapshot of the spreadsheet including the validated data entry, and causing at least the validated data entry of the spreadsheet to be integrated into datasets for one or more applications, at least based on the captured snapshot of the spreadsheet.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, computer program product and system for annotating messages with a parsed time expressions is provided. A processor detects a time expression in a message. A processor establishes a time zone associated with the time expression, based upon the message body, the sending client's real-time location and the sending client's pre-determined time zone settings. A processor establishes a time zone of the receiving client based upon the receiving client's real-time location and the receiving client's pre-determined time zone settings. A processor compares the time zone of the time expression and the time zone of the receiving client to determine whether a parsing of the time expression in the message is required. A processor creates an annotation of the time expression based on the comparison of the time zones of the sending client and the receiving client. A processor appends the annotation of the time expression to the message.

Abstract: A method for training a machine learning model with parallel annotations of source instances and while facilitating security of the source instances can be performed by a system that generates a coupled machine learning model from (1) a first machine learning model trained on a first set of training data comprising unannotated natural language and (2) a second machine learning model trained on populated target templates which are populated with a plurality of vocabulary words. Once formed, the coupled machine learning model is configured to transform unannotated natural language into annotated machine-readable text.

Abstract: Described embodiments enable device users to share content items directly from the context of a desktop file system user interface. A share bar is displayed in the file system user interface, where the share bar includes one or more graphical control elements that provide additional functionality with respect to one or more selected content items in the user interface. The additional functionality can include sharing the selected item, moving the item, downloading the item, and viewing sharing status, version history, completion status, comments, or other information about the item.

Abstract: Systems and methods herein provide for a form engine communicatively coupled to a storage system to retrieve a plurality of graphical control elements from a first of the source systems. The form engine generates a template that controls placement of the graphical control elements into the electronic document based on user-selectable cartesian coordinates, and persists the template in the storage system according to the compartmentalized portion of the first source system. The form engine may then authenticate a first user of the first source system, import an electronic file at the direction of the user, retrieve the template from the storage system, and format placement of the graphical control elements in the electronic file according to the cartesian coordinates of the template and a scale of the electronic file to generate an electronic form for the first source system.
