  • Patent number: 11431773
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for broadcasting data streams. The CDN allows a streamer to stream live (in realtime) on a network(s), such as the Internet, for a live audience to view and to interact with the live entertainment. Each of the broadcast clients send data streams to the CDN via an input node, wherein the CDN output a selected media stream to one or more selected viewing clients via the output node. The architecture of the CDN contains one or more System Racks. Each of the System Racks contains multiple media channels. In operation, the data stream of a broadcasting client is sent to the CDN and distributed into selected channels. The data streams in each of the selected channels are outputted to viewing clients of a corresponding type.

  • Patent number: 11425217
Abstract: A computer implemented method is described for management of development and deployment of a service based architecture. A graph data structure is generated for the development and deployment of the service based architecture. The graph data structure includes multiple layers which include a core layer and a catalog layer. The graph data structure relates an initial tenant and one or more additional tenants or neighboring tenants in the core layer. The management device assigns a catalog data structure to the catalog layer of the graph data structure. The catalog data structure includes addresses for the initial tenant and the one or more additional tenants for respective hosted locations within the service based architecture. A service offering is described as one or more item nodes in the graph data structure. The graph data structure associates the item node to the catalog data structure of the catalog layer and the initial tenant in the core layer.

  • Patent number: 11252265
Abstract: A packet according to a secure protocol over a high-speed protocol has a small size header. A reception system estimates a packet number which is used in processing of a packet having a small size header on the basis of information indicating a packet number of a received packet. The header of each of one or more packets among N packets (where N is an integer of two or more) is a small size header, which is either a first header having one part of the packet number of the packet or a second header without the packet number of the packet. When the small size header is the first header, the header of each of the N packets is the first header. When the small size header is the second header, the header of each of the packets other than one packet among the N packets is the second header.

  • Patent number: 11240119
Abstract: A method of operating a communications network is disclosed. Modern communications networks produce vast amounts of network operational data which have the potential to provide a useful summary of the operational state of the network. Whilst processes such as clustering are known for arranging the vast amount of data into groups, the clusters themselves do not provide data which might be easily interpreted by network elements or administrators. Network operational data often comprises a plurality of data items, each of which gives a value for each of a set of attributes. By processing a cluster to identify attributes in the cluster whose values vary less in the cluster then they vary outside of the cluster, and then generating a cluster description which is based on a measure of the central tendency of the values of those attribute in the cluster, an easily interpretable general description of the data items in the cluster is provided.
