Abstract: A poker-incorporated sports game is provided. The sports game includes elements each bearing indicia, or marking, of a playing card, such as playing cards used in a poker card game. The participants of the sports game have to perform and meet one or more predetermined challenges or tasks to achieve a poker hand from the elements. The participants strive to meet the challenges in the shorted time possible. An algorithm is then used to calculate the score of each participant, based on the value of the poker hand of and time used by the participant to achieve the poker hand.

Abstract: A golf club head comprising a body with a heel-side sole opening in communication with a hosel bore, a removable shaft sleeve with a tip sized to fit within the hosel bore, and a weight plug sized to fit within, and at least partially fill, the heel-side opening is disclosed herein. The weight plug, which has a base end with a through-opening, a tip end with a flange, and a side opening in communication with the through-opening, is connected to the shaft sleeve with a screw. When the golf club head is fully assembled, a hosel flange is trapped between the weight plug and the tip end of the shaft sleeve, and tightening the screw causes the weight plug and the shaft sleeve to move towards one another.

The present invention provides a golf club grip comprising a cylindrical grip body having a cylindrical inner layer and a cylindrical outer layer covering the cylindrical inner layer, and a grip end provided on an butt side end of the cylindrical grip body, wherein the cylindrical outer layer is interposed in at least a part of a space between a butt side end edge of the cylindrical inner layer and the grip end.

The sole may include a floor and sidewalls extending from the floor to the crown. The sole may include weight ports for receiving weighted slugs. The sole plate may be rotatably mounted to the sole, wherein the sole plate is rotatable, while remaining mounted to the sole, between a cover position in which the sole plate covers each of the weight ports and at least one access position in which each and every weighted port is accessible for removal or insertion of a weighted slug.

Abstract: An improved golf club grip 10a, 10b, 10c with a well-defined and pronounced reminder rib 20a, 20b, 20c includes in one embodiment of the present disclosure a groove 32 positioned in the exterior surface 34 on each side of or surrounding a ridge 24a that extends lengthwise inside the body 14a of the grip 10a. When the golf grip 10a is installed on a golf club shaft 12, the groove 32 facilitates the flexing of the grip material for forming the reminder rib 20a. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the grip 10b, 10c is provided with a raised portion 36 of a selected material in a select region on the grip 10b, 10c. When the golf grip 10b, 10c is installed on a golf club shaft 12, the raised portion 36 becomes the reminder rib 20b, 20c.

Abstract: A dasher board assembly provides enhanced safety, such as for ice hockey rinks. The assembly is constructed so that on low height impacts a dampening material with at least one of a damping coefficient of about 1.7-3.2×104 N-s/m, a spring constant of about 1.5-3.0×106 N/m, and a loss coefficient greater than 0.15, absorbs the impact. On high height impacts both the dampening material and deflection of cantilevered generally vertical polygonal aluminum tubes absorb the impact. The assembly results in a Head Injury Criteria of less than 250 for all realistic scenarios, and a reduction of HIC values of at least 30% compared to an equivalent assembly with a rigid frame.

The golf club shaft includes full-length bias prepregs provided only as a plurality of pairs thereof and as full-length layers that extend over an entire length of the shaft body, wherein fiber directions of each pair of the full-length bias prepregs are inclined at an angle within a range of 22 degrees through 28 degrees relative to a longitudinal direction of the shaft body, respectively.
