    Abstract: Disclosed is an impact-resistant and aging-resistant reflective plastic applied to an automobile, which is prepared by copolymerizing of polyether polyol, 4,4,4-triphenylmethane triisocyanate and a benzimidazole derivative modified ZnS-mesoporous silica composite, the benzimidazole derivative modified ZnS-mesoporous silica composite is a ZnS-mesoporous silica composite modified by an anti-aging agent and a silane coupling agent KH-560, the ZnS-mesoporous silica is obtained by mixing an amphoteric surfactant, zinc chloride, and ?-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane uniformly, then reacting in ethyl orthosilicate, and calcining with hydrogen sulfide. In the present disclosure, by dispersing zinc sulfide in the pores of mesoporous carbon dioxide, chemical grafting 2-(2-hydroxy-5-aminophenyl)benzimidazole as a bridge onto isocyanate, and then polymerizing into polyurethane, which can improve the reflective performance and aging resistance of polyurethane, and improve the abrasion resistance and impact resistance.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an adhesive formulation that, when stimulated by a defeatable stimulation, reduces an adhesive bonding force of the adhesive formulation and defeats the adhesive formulation. The adhesive formulation having (i) programmable linkages made from Diels-Alder adducts and (ii) a concentration of diene traps. The Diels-Alder adducts may be furan-maleimide, and the diene traps may be (i) latent alkenes and (ii) selected from functional groups that will create irreversible reations with furan. The adhesive formulation may be capable of being applied as a coating, and the adhesive formulation may be capable of being extruded. The adhesive formulation may have a bonding temperature between 75 and 120° C. And the defeatable stimulation could, for example, be a temperature above 130° C. The adhesive formulation also may contain several types of programmable linkages and diene traps.

The percentage of the total amount of the low molecular weight triol and the triisocyanate is 10 mass % or higher and 35 mass % or lower.

The present disclosure provides a chain extender whose chemical formula is shown in formula I. The chain extender provided by the present disclosure contains two types of dynamic covalent bonds, and the total number of dynamic covalent bonds is 4. The thermosetting polyurethane prepared by the provided chain extender has better hot-pressing repair efficiency. The results of the examples show that under the same hot-pressing conditions, the repair efficiency of the thermosetting polyurethane prepared by the 4,4?-dithiodianiline chain extender is 59%. The repair efficiency of thermosetting polyurethane is 97%, which is significantly improved.
