Abstract: This invention relates to a laminated glazing pane which may be used as an aircraft windshield. The pane comprises at least two glass sheets connected together by an intermediate layer of polyvinyl butyral and, in its marginal zone, between at least one glass sheet and the intermediate layer, at least one adhesive ring comprising a plastic material which absorbs at least a portion of the stresses to which the pane is subjected during operation.
Abstract: The object of the invention is a lead frame for electrolytic capacitor anodes characterized by the fact that it comprises, for each anode to be connected, a tab with near its free end a window, the said window being sufficiently large to stop the rise by capillary action which can occur during manufacture of electrolytic capacitors.

Abstract: A resistance adjusting type heater including a honeycomb structure, electrodes provided on the honeycomb structure, and slits as a resistance adjusting device provided between the electrodes, a sealing device for sealing a heat-non-generating portion of the honeycomb structure, wherein a gas is introduced into the passages of the heat-generating portion of the honeycomb structure and is heated. With this heater, the entirety of the exhaust gas introduced into the heater can be heated rapidly thereby ensuring excellent purification efficiency.
Abstract: An electrical resistance heated window having at least three heatable zones and at least one of the heatable zones is generally centrally located on the window and can be heated faster to a higher temperature than the other of the zones for faster defogging and deicing of that particular zone.
