Abstract: Provided is a container having a container body, a bail attached to the container body, and a flexible band attached to a rear of the container body. The flexible band has a first end attached to the rear of the container proximate a top of the rear and a second end attached to the rear of the container body proximate a bottom of the rear. The flexible band is movable between a first position spaced a first distance from the rear, a second position spaced a second distance from the rear less than the first distance to allow the container body and the bail to be grasped at the rear without interference by the flexible band, and a third position spaced a third distance from the rear greater than the first distance to provide space for a user's hand between the rear of the container body and the flexible band.

Abstract: A stackable tote and lid combination has a lid with a main body and a rim. The rim has a wall with corner bodies, where the wall is spaced apart from a major surface. Each corner body has an upper surface with three outer side surfaces. Each first outer side surface is attached to a respective second outer side surface and each second outer side surface is attached to a respective third outer side surface. Each first, second, and third outer side surface is positioned between and connected to the upper surface of the respective corner body and the major surface of the main body. As a result, each first, second, and third outer side surface of respective corner bodies is configured to abut a hollow body of the stackable tote at three respective internal contact areas, and to removably hold the stackable tote.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a storage container for an expandable prosthetic heart valve that crimps the valve upon opening the container and removal of the valve from the container. The container includes a housing sized to receive the heart valve in its expanded configuration and a crimping mechanism. The crimping mechanism is incorporated into the container and engages the heart valve so as to operably convert the heart valve from its expanded configuration to its smaller crimped configuration upon opening the container and removing the valve.

Abstract: A hybrid frame sleeve case for a portable electronic device is disclosed herein. The portable electronic device may be a laptop computer, a tablet, or another portable electronic device. The case may include flexible panels, such as neoprene or fabric panels, attached to an elastic polymer frame, such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). The elastic polymer frame extends around a perimeter of the sleeve to provide cushioning or padding for the side edges of the sleeve. A magnetic latch or other latch may be used to secure an opening on one side of the sleeve. The case may optionally include a charging system that allows the portable electronic device to be charged while housed in the case or otherwise positioned to allow charging by the charging system.

Abstract: A child resistant container having a three-point activator system is provided. The container comprises a tray, a carton or other enclosure and a plurality of buttons that must be simultaneously depressed or otherwise activated to remove the tray out of the carton. The buttons are positioned so as to require an adult hand to operate.

Abstract: A pill box includes a box body. The box body includes an accommodating chamber defining an opening and receiving pills. A box closing the accommodating chamber is arranged on the accommodating chamber. A connecting end of the box cover is hinged to a rear end of the box body. An elastic piece and a limiting groove are disposed on the rear end of the box body. A clamping seat is arranged on the connecting end of the box cover. A bending portion is arranged on one end of the elastic piece. A fixing portion is arranged on another end of the elastic piece. The bending portion passes through the clamping seat and is exposed. When the box cover is buckled with the box body, the bending portion is deformed by being squeezed and tightly engages with the box cover, and the fixing portion extends downward into the limiting groove.

Abstract: An insulated container for storing or shipping bottles includes a body and a lid. The body has a shell and an insert portion formed from an insulating material. The lid also has a shell and an insert portion formed from the insulating which meets the insert portion of the body to form cavities. The cavities include a temperature control pack cavity and four or more separate bottle storage cavities distributed around the temperature control pack cavity. Each of the bottle storage cavities is configured for receiving a bottle from among three or more different bottle types. Each of the bottle types has a different shape and/or size than each of the other bottle types. Each of the bottle storage cavities includes at least three bottle stop features on one or more internal surfaces. Each bottle stop feature is associated with a different one of the three or more bottle types.

Abstract: The cover is made with two parts that close on each other over a cap on a drug product bottle. Each cover part has a semi-cylindrical periphery, a semi-circular lid and a radially inwardly directed ledge along a bottom edge of the semi-cylindrical periphery to fit under the cap of a bottle in a closed position. The cover parts snap together to lock in place. In one embodiment, the cover cooperates with a handle assembly having a handle of U-shape that is disposed over the cover to prevent separation of the two parts from each other.

Abstract: A package for an oral care implement. The package may have an exposed outer surface, a package portion forming a first portion of the exposed outer surface, and a reusable cap forming a second portion of the exposed outer surface. The package portion may define a first cavity and the reusable cap may define a second cavity. The package portion may be formed by a backer panel and a cover panel that are coupled together to define the first cavity. The reusable cap may have a flange that is sandwiched between the backer panel and the cover panel to secure the reusable cap to the package portion. A personal care implement may be disposed within the package so that a first portion of personal care implement is located within the first cavity and a second portion of the personal care implement is located within the second cavity.

Abstract: An airtight cosmetic compact, wherein the airtight feature is created by interaction between a seal on the inside of the cover and the upwardly facing recess of the base. The cover locks on the base by either thread elements on both cap and base or by bayonet like cams, allowing the cover to be twisted on the base compressing the cover against the base and engaging the seal with the base recess. By compressing the seal against the base and holding it in place through the threaded engagement the air-tightness of the compact is achieved and guaranteed.

Abstract: A multi-compartment insulated container holder includes a body with an upper section for a beverage container or vessel and a lower section configured for receiving a personal item, such as a smokeless tobacco product container. The upper and lower sections are magnetically connected. The upper and lower sections include sidewall extensions with alignment faces, which align upper and lower magnets with the container holder in a closed configuration. The lower section includes multiple pillar wedges in radially-spaced relation on an inner perimeter of a lower section sidewall. The pillar wedges are configured for engaging and releasably retaining a cylindrical container in the lower section compartment.

Abstract: A holder for a squeeze pouch containing food or beverages, and for a drink box containing beverages, is described. The holder may have a one-piece construction, or the holder may include both a housing and a detachable top wall or lid. The top wall or lid of the holder includes a slot adapted to receive and secure the spout of a squeeze pouch. The housing protects the squeeze pouch or drink box from pressure that could cause food or beverages to exit the spout of the squeeze pouch. A cover may be used in conjunction with the holder.

Abstract: An interchangeable dismountable hinged box for storing core samples is provided that is particularly used in the field of the collection of mineral materials, deriving from geological exploration activities, for subsequent analysis. The interchangeable dismountable hinged box has modular walls that can be fitted interchangeably with a base allowing for the hinging of these walls between a parallel position and a position perpendicular to the base. The box has at least one storage compartment for core samples defined between two modular transversal walls and two modular longitudinal walls, and may contain additional storage compartments, obtained by interlocking interchangeable partitions with modular walls. The box is adaptable for meeting the need for storing core samples of varying diameters.

Abstract: Structures and a method for restraining a package within a returnable shipping container are provided to eliminate the need for buffering or filler materials (dunnage), particularly those materials that are environmentally unfriendly and otherwise likely to be discarded. Desirable shipping containers intended for reuse are provided with various features which enhance their utilization in a cycle of transportation out from and back to a source. These features include those associated with security, integrity, protection from the environment, addressing, automation, payment, inspection, education in volume for return, facilitation for tracking the container throughout the transport route and assurance of its eventual return.

Abstract: The invention includes two interconnecting side release buckles configured to releasable connect to each other. A pair of webbing separately secured to one of the opposing ends of one of the side release buckles. Each of the webbing has a distal end with a stitched loop. A pair of D-rings secured within the stitched loops and secured to either the garbage can or lid by an attachment. Fasteners are secured through attachments and secured to the garbage can or lid, such that when the two interconnecting side release buckles are connected the hinged lid is prevented from opening away from the trash can.

The pre-weakened area is arranged at one end of the first sheet and extends from a first outer edge of the first sheet to a second outer edge of the first sheet to divide the first sheet into a holding portion and into a folding portion that is smaller than the holding portion.
