  • Patent number: 8397951
Abstract: A device for containing fluid substances under airtight conditions and dispensing them, comprising a rigid container (5) in which a bag (9) made of thermoplastic material is inserted having a flange (3, 3A) and a hole for housing the body of a (P), the body of the pump (P) being pressed to form a seal on said flange (3, 3A) of the bag (9) by a first ring cap (N), a second ring cap (G) being screwed onto the container neck (6) and secured to the bag (9), the first ring cap (N) being locked to the second ring cap (G), engagement means (13, 14) being provided between said first and second ring cap to make said first and second ring cap torsionally rigid with each other such that a rotation imposed on the first ring cap (N) of the pump results in a corresponding rotation of the second ring cap (G), hence facilitating extraction of the bag from the container consequent on the removal of the pump (P) from the container (5).

  • Patent number: 8365958
Abstract: A device for mixing and discharging plural materials has a body, a housing and a sealing plug. The body has multiple barrels and multiple tubes communicating with the barrels. The housing is rotatably attached to the body in a thread manner and has a mixing chamber and a discharging segment. The sealing plug is mounted in the mixing chamber to seal the tubes and has a sealing disk and multiple sealing sleeves. The sealing disk has multiple holes and multiple sealing lids mounted respectively in the holes, and each sealing lid has an outer edge connected detachably to the inner surface of a corresponding hole and having a thickness smaller than that of the sealing lid. The sealing sleeves are formed on the sealing disk, align respectively with the holes in the sealing disk and are mounted respectively around the tubes.

  • Patent number: 8297474
Abstract: A cartridge (21) for multi-component masses has a first receiving member (22) having a receiving space (23) for at least one component (13) of the multi-component mass, and at least one other receiving member (27) extending parallel to the first receiving member (22) and having a receiving space (28) for another component (18) of the multi-component mass, with the receiving space (23) of the first receiving member (22) being larger than the receiving space (28) of the other receiving member (27), and the first receiving member (22) having a lower elasticity, at least in a direction transverse to its longitudinal extent, than the other receiving member (27).

  • Patent number: 8256645
Abstract: A fluid dispenser is disclosed where a backoff distance is determined and implemented to prevent leakage while dispensing sequentially an accurate, precise amount of fluid substantially independent of the fluid remaining in a syringe-type dispenser. The fluid characteristics of the fluid, e.g. viscosity, surface tension, etc. affect the backoff distance that may be determined heuristically for fluid type, amount of fluid remaining in the syringe and amount to be dispensed. Once the fluid characteristics are known, the dispensing may be accomplished automatically with a processor loading new drive and backoff steps to a motor controller.
