Abstract: A framework in which computing devices can divide messages into chunks or sub-portions for transmission in accordance with a topic-based messaging protocol. A caching service facilitates the receipt of a set of messages with individual sub-portions. The caching service uses embedded information in the sub-portion messages to determine when a full set of sub-portions have been received. The caching service can release a completed set of sub-portion messages to an intended network service recipient or utilizing time expiration caching criteria to wait for additional messages.

Abstract: Infrastructure management device including at least one communications interface configured to connect to at least one IT device. Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and device that assists with managing L7 network classification includes receiving a request to access a service by a mobile computing device. Next, application layer network traffic from the requesting mobile computing device is classified based on mobile data associated with the requesting mobile computing device. One or more actions are performed based on the classification.

Abstract: Introspection of a containerized application in a runtime environment is disclosed. Application information that identifies a plurality of resources that compose an application is obtained. Based on the application information, deployment information for one or more of the plurality of resources is requested from a first cluster controller of a first cluster. The first cluster controller is configured to control resources implemented on a plurality of different nodes of the first cluster. Based on the application information and the deployment information, user interface imagery is generated that identifies at least some of the resources and a corresponding deployment status of the at least some of the resources. The user interface imagery is presented on a display device.

Abstract: A system and method for omnichannel text-based routing, interaction transfer, and customer-to-enterprise communications. The system is a cloud-based network containing an interaction control server, a routing engine, a media translation server, a mobile application, a business entity portal, mobile and compute devices for business enterprise and customer, and an enterprise database. Taken together or in part, said system optimizes customer interactions by delivering context aware text message, chat or email to customers; and when requested by customer, optimally routes with context, based upon a multitude of variables, to best available resource to handle the customer interaction. The system may be accessed through web browsers or purpose-built computer and mobile phone applications.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for managing shared-content sessions. In some embodiments, content is shared with a group of users participating in a shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is screen-share content that is shared from one device to other participants of the shared-content session. In some embodiments, the content is synchronized content for which output of the content is synchronized across the participants of the shared-content session.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments herein related to a message management server that provides a platform for message publishers to build message series with different messages that are transmitted to message recipients via different channels. A message publisher may specify triggering conditions for a message series. The message management server may automatically identify message recipients to receive an initial message. The message management server may continue to monitor event notifications related to the message recipients and send subsequent messages in the series to the message recipients when conditions are met. Each message may be sent via a different channel as specified by the message recipients. The platform may include a graphical user interface to provide previews of the messages as rendered in various end user device models when the messages are delivered via the specified channels.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are provided for detecting spam filtering. According to one aspect, the system can inject, by a server, into a client email campaign a plurality of emails for transmission to a plurality of seed email addresses separate from a plurality of non-injected emails of the client email campaign for transmission to a plurality of target email addresses. The system can detect whether the one or more injected emails were categorized as spam or not spam by each of the plurality of seed email addresses and generate a first input to an analysis module. The system can monitor a plurality of sensing signals from the non-injected emails and generate a second input to the analysis module. The analysis module can predict based on the first input and second input whether the non-injected emails are categorized as spam by the target email addresses.

Abstract: A partition function is transferred from a source system to a multi-tenant target environment. The transfer is executed from a source system to a multi-tenant target environment. Physical and logical input/output (I/O) configuration settings of a partition image are separated on the source system, moving logical I/O configuration settings from the source system to a remote multi-tenant target environment. A dedicated target system of the remote multi-tenant target environment is selected. Physical information about hardware and connections of the dedicated target system are added to the logical I/O configuration settings. The logical I/O configuration settings combined with the physical information in the target system are activated. An operating system with the activated logical I/O configuration is started such that the partition function is transferred.

Abstract: In accordance with the present approach, a collaborative chat system is provided that enables collaborative communication between a user preferring a native chat platform and a different user who communicates using a non-native or third-party chat platform. The user may particularly select various other users to be added to a collaborative chat, regardless of which chat platform the other users have set as their main or preferred communication channel. Indeed, when displaying the various users available to be added to the collaborative chat, the collaborative chat system may display a visual indication or icon that indicates which chat platform the various users are available through. The collaborative chat system or platform may utilize bi-directional communications between the native chat platform and any communicatively coupled third-party chat platforms to link the user with the selected other users within a collaborative chat instance.

Abstract: Implementations relate to automatic sharing of images with designated users over a communication network. In some implementations, a method includes causing display of images in a user interface on a first device, each of the images depicting a different person. The images are obtained from a library of images associated with a first user. A selection of a particular image of the images is received based on user input, and a person identifier is determined indicating a particular person depicted in the selected image. The person identifier is designated as a person sharing criterion. A first image not included in the images is obtained and programmatically analyzed to determine that the first image depicts a person that matches the person sharing criterion, and an access permission is updated to grant access to the first image to a second user of a second device over a communication network.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a network interface and a processor. The network interface communicates with a network including switches interconnected in a Cartesian topology having multiple dimensions. The processor predefines turn types of turns in the Cartesian topology, each turn traverses first and second hops along first and second dimensions having same or different respective identities, and each turn type is defined at least by identities of the first and second dimensions. The processor searches for a preferred route from a source switch to a destination switch, by evaluating candidate routes based on the number of VLs required for preventing a deadlock condition caused by the candidate route. The number of VLs required depends on a sequential pattern of turn types formed by the candidate route. The processor configures one or more switches in the network to route packets from the source switch to the destination switch along the preferred route.

One example includes a communication server determining capacities associated with a terminal devices based on workloads for agents associated with the terminal devices. Historical acceptance data is accessed for past interaction invitations to user devices associated with one or more criteria. Current data is then used to determine available interactions and to facilitate interactions using interaction invitations based on the historical data and the current number of available interactions.

Abstract: A security control point (SCP) that protects target computing system is tested in-place and while active. The approach is initiated the SCP receiving and processing one or more “simulated” communication flows. To this end, a test initiator system is configured to generate and transmit communication flows to the SCP being tested. The SCP extracts the encapsulated flow, and then processes that flow through one or more of the SCP's configured protection mechanisms. Thus, the SCP processes the simulated communication flow as though it were a real session, and thus to determine what actions, if any, should be taken with respect to that flow. After processing, the simulated session traffic is shunted or otherwise diverted away from the target computing system. The results of the SCP's processing, however, are output to other systems (e.g., logging or alerting mechanisms), or they are returned to the test initiation system, e.g., for correlation, reporting, and the like.

Abstract: A caption of a multimodal message (e.g., social media post) can be identified as a named entity using an entity recognition system. The entity recognition system can use an attention-based mechanism that emphasis or de-emphasizes each data type (e.g., image, word, character) in the multimodal message based on each datatypes relevance. The output of the attention mechanism can be used to update a recurrent network to identify one or more words in the caption as being a named entity.
