  • Patent number: 11412149
Abstract: The invention provides a positioning system that autonomously and continuously positions interchangeable camera devices on the subject as they move allowing the camera device to leverage its native functionality without modification or connectivity to the MTDS. The embodiments of the MTDS are configured to attach and align varying size of digital cameras, video cameras, mobile devices with a camera, or smart assistants with an embedded camera, action camera, webcam or laptop with embedded camera to the stand. The MTDS tracks the movements of the user during any video conference, photography or videography session. The MTDS includes a sensor, separate from the camera on the camera device, that sends the sensor data stream to a microcontroller in the stand and a machine learning co-processor detects the presence of a person. As the speaker or subject (user) moves, the MTDS tracks their movements and directs motors in the stand to pan or tilt the stand to orient the camera device's camera at the user.

  • Patent number: 11388389
Abstract: A display device includes a display operable to generate a real image and an optical system including: a plurality of optical channel bundles, each bundle comprising one or more channels, each channel comprising a lenslet arranged to generate a sub-image from a respective partial real image on the display, Each lenslet is configured to project light from the display to a corresponding eye position among two eye positions. The sub-images combine to form two virtual images so that different optical channel bundles image a same portion of the display to different portions of the virtual images. The optical system is configured to allow light to flow through selected channels and prevent, light from flowing through other selected channels. The system successively opens the optical channel bundles and displays partial real images associated with the channels of the corresponding optical channel bundle.

  • Patent number: 11356608
Abstract: A system and method includes operations and steps for obtaining a moving endoscopic image. An optical device stream is received from an optical device by data processing hardware. The data processing hardware identify image frames of the image stream, each including a plurality of rows of pixels. The data processing hardware determines a row exposure value for each of the rows of pixels in each frame, and identifies a defective image frame having at least one overexposed row and a reference frame having a replacement row corresponding to the overexposed row. The data processing hardware modifies the defective image frame by replacing the overexposed row with the corresponding replacement row of the reference frame.
