Abstract: The subject matter described herein includes a container having a substantially tubular body forming a first volume for receiving a first fluid. The body includes a first and a second end, and the first end includes a dispenser provided with an aperture making it possible to dispense the contents of the container. The second end includes a closure element having a flexible wall making it possible for the flexible wall to be displaced between a first and a second position relative to the dispenser in order to thus dispense the contents of the container. The container includes a capsule with an outer wall forming a second volume for containing a second fluid. The capsule is positioned between the dispenser and the flexible wall respectively. The capsule is suitable for releasing the second fluid into the first volume during or after a first displacement of the flexible wall from its first position towards its second position.

Abstract: A tap assembly 10 with a hollow tap body 16 which defines a dispensing chamber 24 leading to an outlet arrangement 26. A valve assembly with a valve element 18 is provided to selectively open an inlet into the dispensing chamber 24. A push button 20 is provided which operates the valve assembly, and which defines an operating chamber 28, with the push button movable into the operating chamber. A connecting member is provided extending from the push button 20 through the operating chamber. A seal 39 is provided to prevent liquid passing from the dispensing chamber 24 to the operating chamber.

Abstract: A molten gold writing apparatus that includes a barrel extending from a top end to an open bottom end. A heating element is positioned within the barrel and includes a rechargeable battery. A cartridge includes a refillable chamber configured to hold a solid gold refill and dimensioned to fit within the heating element. The heating element melts the gold refill and allows it to flow to a tip end of the cartridge. A grip is configured to selectively engage the bottom end of the barrel to cover all but the tip end of the cartridge.

Abstract: A roll-on dispenser includes a housing having a base, an open top end, and an interior volume. The interior volume of the housing has a rising device coupled to the base of the housing. The rising device is in turn coupled to a cartridge riser plate. The opened top end of the housing has a top section which can be removably secured. The top section also houses a roller ball therein.

Abstract: A refillable repetitively reusable dispensing apparatus including a dispenser housing having a sidewall, a base and an open top end. A removable cap is placed on the open top end. The cap has a plurality of apertures located therein. The side wall has an aperture located therethrough. There is a movable dispenser base located within the housing, wherein the movable dispenser base creates a seal with the sidewall. A screw rod having a knob attached, wherein when the knob is turned the screw rod is rotated. The screw rod and the knob are rotatably attached within the dispenser housing such that the knob protrudes through the aperture. A scissor lift is attached to the screw rod at one pair of ends. The scissor lift is attached to the movable dispenser base at the second pair of ends.

Abstract: A repeatedly refillable reusable solution cartridge retrofit device for a dispenser includes a housing which has a bottom side and an opened upper side. A screw rod is coupled through the housing such that it is rotatably secured to the bottom of the housing. A cartridge plate further engages with the screw rod. The cartridge plate is connected to a cartridge which includes a spreadable substance. Upon use a housing of the cartridge is removed revealing the spreadable substance.

A spout mounting shaft is mounted to the spout at a mounting shaft bracket. A mixer pump housing has a spout retainer latch. The mixer pump housing houses a mixer pump. The mixer pump includes a motor. A retainer notch is formed on the lower portion of the spout. The retainer notch is configured to engage the spout retainer latch. A bottle contains liquid soap. The bottle has a connection to the mixer pump housing.

Abstract: A shower base assembly includes a shower base, a drain grate frame, a double-threaded flange nipple, and a rubber gasket. The shower base includes a upper side pre-sloped to allow for water drainage to drain hole extending to a lower side of the shower base. The drain grate frame is insertable through the drain hole from the shower base upper side to be received within the double-threaded flange nipple. An industry standard plumbing drain body may engage the double-threaded flange nipple from the shower base lower side. The rubber gasket is compressed against the shower base about the drain hole between the double-threaded flange nipple and the drain body.

Abstract: The invention relates to a low cost sensor array suitable for use in a ware washing machine, preferably a dish washing machine. The invention also relates to a standalone detergent dispensing device comprising the low cost sensor array. The sensor systems are intended to allow monitoring of wash cycles such that controlled sequential dosing of reagents in wash cycles can be optimized. A device comprising such a sensor system may then be able to sense the conditions of the wash and dose reagents in their optimal sequence in the wash.

Abstract: A paint container includes a brush attached to the container. The brush is in fluid communication with the interior of the container to receive paint through passages reaching into the interior of the container. A container cap is attachable over the brush to prevent paint on the brush from drying out between use. The container includes a diaphragm in at least one side allowing a user to create pressure inside the container to urge paint into the brush. One example of suitable paint is water based paint.
