    Abstract: A cord lock apparatus of a window shade is provided, which includes a base, a panel structure, and a cord gripping device. The base includes an adjustable portion allowing cords to pass through and a first-direction ascending opening is formed allowing the cords to be alternatively positioned. The panel structure having an insert plate and a second-direction ascending opening is provided allowing cords to pass through, when the cords are selectively positioned along the inclined surface, the panel structure is moved in a vertically upward or downward motion. The cord gripping device has an engaging block and a knurled roller, the engaging block is removably attached within the accommodation recess. The knurled roller is positioned near the top of the engaging block and a gap is formed therebetween, such that the knurled roller is frictionally locked with or released from the cords when the panel structure moves vertically downward or upward.

The seat includes jaws for engaging a base of the seat to the table. The seat includes a child seat frame on which the fabric of a child seat is engaged. Between the base and the child seat frame is provided a slide and a pivot. The slide permits the child seat frame to be drawn to and away from the table. The pivot permits the child seat frame to drop down in a swinging fashion and then, beyond the ninety degree bottommost point of the swing, continue its swinging so as to swing upwardly to a position underneath the table where the child seat frame is engaged in an out-of-the-way position underneath the table.

The tilt assembly couples the headrest body to the support arm in a manner permitting relative movement between the headrest body and the support arm. The tilt assembly includes a lower bracket assembly fixedly coupled to the support arm and an upper bracket assembly fixedly coupled to the headrest body. The upper bracket assembly is pivotally coupled to the lower bracket assembly for controlled movement relative thereto. The tilt assembly includes a cam arm permitting actuation thereof between a locked position and a release position, wherein the cam arm may be actuated from either side of the headrest body.
