  • Patent number: 6340099
Abstract: The present invention relates to a container with a structural improvement. The improvement comprises one transparent hollow vessel, at least one circular dividing board and at least one reservoir for containing either liquid and/or solid, wherein the transparent hollow vessel has a first end and a second end, the first end further comprising a threaded sleeve, the second end of the transparent hollow vessel at an appropriate location having a water intake opening. The second end of the transparent hollow vessel is matingly-fitted with the circular dividing board, wherein the center of the circular dividing board has an opening to receive a dispensing tube, the dispensing tube positioned between the opening of the circular dividing board and the threaded sleeve of the first end of the transparent hollow vessel. • Patent number: 5810778
Abstract: An apparatus for a controlled delivery of a liquid preparation from a cylindrical liquid container, which has a liquid outlet at its front end and a movable wall, which acts like a piston at its rear end is provided. The driving force acting on the movable wall for expelling the liquid from the container is generated by means of a piston rod in connection with a piston, which by the action of the atmospheric pressure is urged into a space where a vacuum has been established. The amount delivered can be varied according to different modes by providing an auxiliary force which acts on the piston during the initial stage of its movement into the vacuum space.

  • Patent number: 5062552
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a development of can caps for cans 1, 2 whose lids have a circular edge bead 3 as well as a wall section 4 that can be torn up to form a pouring opening 5. In order to close cans 1, 2 of different diameters with the same cap, the present invention provides for a longer, curved front edge web 9 and a plurality of individual webs 10, 11 at different locations from the curved front edge web 9, on the other hand, on the basic body 7 of the cap. The radial spacing 12 between the individual webs 10, 11 corresponds approximately to the thickness of the lid edge bead 3 of the can 1, 2. All the webs 9, 10, 11 are shaped such that they are able to reach behind the lid edge bead 3 of cans 1, 2 of different size in the manner of a snap cap. The cap lid is sealed against the can cap via a sealing ring 8 guided and held on the cap, which is pressed against the outer surface of the lid surrounding the pouring opening 5 of the can lid.
