Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for determining the confidence that predicted demand charge savings resulting from deploying an energy management system at a site will match actual cost savings. A processor obtains predicted demand charge savings resulting from deploying the energy management system at the site, and also obtains demand-related data describing at least two of load predictability, load shape, and battery capacity of the energy management system. The processor determines a confidence score representing the confidence that the predicted demand charge savings will result in view of the demand-related data, and displays the confidence score on a display for subsequent use by a user.

Abstract: A server apparatus 10 is communicably connected to a terminal apparatus 20 that collects sensor data from an odor sensor 40. The server apparatus 10 includes an analyzer holding unit 11 that holds a plurality of analyzers for analyzing specific odor analysis targets, based on sensor data, an analyzer management unit 12 that determines preprocessing to be performed on the sensor data, by selecting an analyzer according to the environment of the odor sensor 40, and causes the terminal apparatus 20 to execute the preprocessing, an analysis execution unit 13 that executes analysis processing of the designated odor analysis target, by applying the selected analyzer to the preprocessed sensor data, and an analysis result transmission unit 14 that transmits information indicating a result of the analysis processing to the terminal apparatus 20.
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus and the like for improving the accuracy of deterioration estimation regarding a monitoring target. An information processing apparatus as one embodiment of the present invention includes a detector, a separator, a calculator, and an estimator. The detector detects a normal waveform pattern included in a waveform of time-series data of a target. The separator separates the waveform of the time-series data into components while removing the normal waveform pattern that is detected. The calculator calculates a feature of the time-series data based on at least one of the components. The estimator estimates deterioration of the target based on the feature.
Abstract: A computer implemented method processes time waveform machine vibration data that are indicative of operational characteristics of a machine. The data, which were measured on the machine over a period of time having a begin time and an end time, are accessed from a memory or storage device. An integer number M of waveform samples are determined from the data to be averaged, and an asymptotically decaying DC bias component in the data is derived using a moving average of the M number of waveform samples. The DC bias component is extrapolated from the begin time of the waveform back to an earlier time and from the end time of the waveform forward to a later time. The DC bias component is then subtracted from the time waveform data, and a Fast Fourier Transform is performed on the data to generate a spectrum.

Abstract: A system can assign a value to one or more sustainability factors for a wellbore operation based on historical data. The system can determine, for each of the one or more sustainability factors, a weight. The system can determine a sustainability index corresponding to a predicted carbon footprint for the wellbore operation based on the weight and the value for each of the one or more sustainability factors. The system can output a command for adjusting the wellbore operation based on the sustainability index.
Abstract: The present invention provides specific sites for modifying antibodies or antibody fragments by replacing at least one native amino acid in the constant region of a parental antibody or antibody fragment with cysteine, which can be used as a site of attachment for a payload or linker-payload combination.

Abstract: Methods for developing disease-related nanobodies and related products and kits are provided. The disease-specific proteins are extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, domains or epitopes that are associated with various aspects of disease and are not present, or are present in very low quantities, in non-diseased individuals. Highly effective nanobodies capable of specifically binding to these ECM protein epitopes useful in in vivo imaging assays, the detection, diagnosis and treatment of diseases as well as monitoring therapeutic progress in a patient with a disease are provided herein.

Abstract: A method for testing a technical system. Tests are carried out with the aid of a simulation of the system. The tests are evaluated with respect to a fulfillment measure of a quantitative requirement on the system and different error measures of the simulation. On the basis of the fulfillment measure and each of the error measures, a classification of the tests is carried out as either reliable or unreliable case by case. A selection among the error measures is made on the basis of a number of the tests classified as reliable.

Abstract: A system and method including receiving sets of sensor data associated with sensors configured to monitor one or more systems. Sensor fingerprints are generated for each set of sensor data based on the sensor data. At least one proximity value is computed for each sensor by comparing the fingerprint of that sensor with another fingerprint. Clusters of similar sensors are identified based at least upon the proximity values of the sensors.

Abstract: The invention provides novel peptides (e.g., linkers) and polypeptide compositions comprising the linkers (e.g., fusion proteins) and methods of using the polypeptide compositions. Peptides (e.g., linkers) are useful as tags and for engineering fusion proteins (e.g., antigen binding molecules, scFv). Polypeptide linkers described herein facilitate flexibility of linked peptides allowing for proper folding, conformation and reduced immunogenicity.
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing vibration data to determine and mitigate an occurrence of an anomaly at an industrial asset. A device may obtain and preprocess vibration data, which may include grouping the vibration data according to respective time intervals, and the device may filter the grouped data to obtain the most recent measurement readings. The device may use an anomaly detection algorithm to detect outliers in the datasets for each group of vibration data and compare an amplitude of the outliers to a threshold for the respective group. The device may determine that the vibration data includes an anomaly based on quantities of outliers in first and second subsets of the vibration data that are within a detection window. The device may generate a report including an indication of the anomaly and transmit the report to an operator or engineer for the facility.
