  • Patent number: 11605034
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for determining the confidence that predicted demand charge savings resulting from deploying an energy management system at a site will match actual cost savings. A processor obtains predicted demand charge savings resulting from deploying the energy management system at the site, and also obtains demand-related data describing at least two of load predictability, load shape, and battery capacity of the energy management system. The processor determines a confidence score representing the confidence that the predicted demand charge savings will result in view of the demand-related data, and displays the confidence score on a display for subsequent use by a user.

  • Patent number: 11598693
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus and the like for improving the accuracy of deterioration estimation regarding a monitoring target. An information processing apparatus as one embodiment of the present invention includes a detector, a separator, a calculator, and an estimator. The detector detects a normal waveform pattern included in a waveform of time-series data of a target. The separator separates the waveform of the time-series data into components while removing the normal waveform pattern that is detected. The calculator calculates a feature of the time-series data based on at least one of the components. The estimator estimates deterioration of the target based on the feature.

  • Patent number: 11598753
Abstract: A computer implemented method processes time waveform machine vibration data that are indicative of operational characteristics of a machine. The data, which were measured on the machine over a period of time having a begin time and an end time, are accessed from a memory or storage device. An integer number M of waveform samples are determined from the data to be averaged, and an asymptotically decaying DC bias component in the data is derived using a moving average of the M number of waveform samples. The DC bias component is extrapolated from the begin time of the waveform back to an earlier time and from the end time of the waveform forward to a later time. The DC bias component is then subtracted from the time waveform data, and a Fast Fourier Transform is performed on the data to generate a spectrum.

  • Patent number: 11566974
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for analyzing vibration data to determine and mitigate an occurrence of an anomaly at an industrial asset. A device may obtain and preprocess vibration data, which may include grouping the vibration data according to respective time intervals, and the device may filter the grouped data to obtain the most recent measurement readings. The device may use an anomaly detection algorithm to detect outliers in the datasets for each group of vibration data and compare an amplitude of the outliers to a threshold for the respective group. The device may determine that the vibration data includes an anomaly based on quantities of outliers in first and second subsets of the vibration data that are within a detection window. The device may generate a report including an indication of the anomaly and transmit the report to an operator or engineer for the facility.
