Abstract: A 6000-series aluminum alloy plate, which is obtained by introducing a minor amount of Sn into a 6000-series aluminum alloy plate that has a specific Mg and Si composition, and controlling the tissue of the plate on the basis of the tissue thereof under a specific heat treatment, shows an improved hem bendability even after aging for a long period of time at room temperature, as a characteristic after the natural aging, and increases the bake hardenability (BH response) in baking finishing a molded automobile panel.
Abstract: An iron-based braze filler alloy consists of from 9 wt % to 30 wt % Cr; from 5 wt % to 25 wt % Ni; from 0.5 wt % to 9 wt % Mo; from 1 wt % to 5 wt % Mn; from 0 wt % to 1 wt % N; from 6 wt % to 20 wt % Si; from 0.1 wt % to 15 wt % P; and is balanced with Fe.
Abstract: Provided are an alloy production method that may easily distribute a compound in a matrix of an alloy while maintaining the quality of a molten metal, and an alloy produced by the same. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, the method includes forming a molten metal in which a mother alloy including at least one kind of first compound and a casting metal are melted, and casting the molten metal, wherein the mother alloy is a magnesium mother alloy or aluminum mother alloy.
