    Abstract: A color optical printer head which can prevent white light from leaking between the interstices between transparent electrodes arranged inside liquid crystal shutter arrays and which can also prevent mixture of colors, thereby improving color reproducibility. The color optical printer head is characterized in that a transparent electrode on either side of the liquid crystal shutter arrays is formed on color filter layers of different colors formed on a glass substrate.
