  • Patent number: 11796695
Abstract: An evaluation method for evaluating a precipitation-induced landslide disaster loss under climate change is provided. The evaluation method belongs to the technical field of geological disaster prevention and treatment. The evaluation method uses a physical process based model, in considering of spatial heterogeneity of land-surface features of grids in the area, to obtain precipitation thresholds corresponding to the respective grids in the area having the spatial heterogeneity. Historical data and climate model data are taken in combination to select suitable climate models, and the model then is used to simulate landslide prone zones and possible influence zones caused by landslides. An influence zones simulated by the evaluation method can better match disaster loss grid data, which can solve the problem that climate change scenarios and influence of landslide are difficult to be evaluated in landslide disaster evaluation.

  • Patent number: 11762024
Abstract: A system and structure determines when or if a utility cart is entering a restricted geographical area, and can disrupt the ignition of the cart to prevent or at least stop such use. The system can also determine a safe time and location for such ignition disruption. A monitoring device can remotely and reliably monitor the state of charge of the cart's battery, even for carts of a range of different battery energy capacities, rated voltage, and technical makeup, and communicate such information to a computer system. A standalone device can be retrofitted onto an existing golf cart without requiring fundamental changes to the cart's initial construction. The device can include an inexpensive module that can reliably monitor the battery state and implement ignition cutoff without requiring software processing capacity within the module.

  • Patent number: 11762022
Abstract: An electric leakage detection apparatus for a battery included in an electric vehicle transmits a first voltage corresponding to a voltage between a negative terminal of the battery and a chassis of the electric vehicle to an analog-to-digital converter through a capacitor. The electric leakage detection apparatus transmits a second voltage corresponding to a voltage between a positive terminal of the battery and the chassis to the analog-to-digital converter through the capacitor. The analog-to-digital converter outputs digital signals indicating the first voltage and the second voltage using the negative terminal as the ground. The electric leakage detection apparatus determines the first voltage and the second voltage based on the digital signals, and detects an electric leakage between the battery and the chassis based on the first voltage and the second voltage.

  • Patent number: 11740079
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method, to a computer program comprising instructions and to a device for determining a vehicle spacing for an observation period. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle and to a back end, in which a method according to the invention, or device according to the invention, is used. In a first step, measurement values relating to an average vehicle spacing for a plurality of measurement times are received. These values may be stored for later use. The situation may arise in which an unusable measurement value is identified at an error time. In this case, a vehicle spacing for a current observation period that contains the error time is determined based on a vehicle spacing determined from the recorded measurement values for a previous observation period.
