  • Patent number: 11715550
Abstract: A multi-format communications system provides a way for a company to control information, some of which may be confidential information, such as PHI, exchanged with existing and potential customers, through individuals associated with the company in a manner preferred by the customers, particularly for non-confidential information, while maintaining a permanent record of communications. With the company maintaining control, if an employee leaves, the employee can be blocked from access to customer information, including communications. Additionally, a time-line view of all events related to a customer can be displayed including communications.

  • Patent number: 11715563
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises an analytic server, which determines user health attributes by tracking the user’s behaviors and activities within a predetermined space. The analytic server receives tracking data from a set of sensors installed in the predetermined space. The sensors track a beacon worn by the user. The analytic server determines micro-locations and user behaviors based on the tracking data. The analytic server determines the coordinates of the sensors based on the sensor identifiers and maps the coordinates to regions by referring to a floor plan map. The analytic server determines the user behaviors and activities by aggregating the micro-locations and regions the user visited at different time. The analytic server determines the user’s health score based on the micro-locations and user behaviors by executing an artificial intelligence model. The analytic server determines a recommendation of premium based on the health score.

  • Patent number: 11710566
Abstract: Patient, user, and/or AI information are used in a multi-objective optimization to select one of a plurality of available AIs for a task. On a patient or user-specific basis, an optimal AI is selected and applied for medical imaging or other healthcare actions. The selection may be before application, avoiding costs of applying multiple AIs to obtain the best results. The optimization may be based on statistical feedback from the user for various of the available AIs, providing information not otherwise available. The optimization may be based on AI performance, AI inclusion and/or exclusion criteria, and/or pricing information. By using optimization based on various information related to the patient, user, and/or available AI, the application of AI for a given user and/or patient by the computer may be improved. The computer operates better to provide more focused information through AI application.

  • Patent number: 11694802
Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for improving the accuracy of disease diagnosis and to associated diagnostic tests involving the correlation of measured analytes with binary outcomes (e.g., not-disease or disease), as well as higher-order outcomes (e.g., one of several phases of a disease). Methods of the present invention use biomarker sets, preferably those with orthogonal functionality, to obtain concentration and proximity score values for disease and non-disease states. The biomarker set's proximity scores are graphed on an orthogonal grid, with one dimension for each biomarker. The proximity scores and orthogonal gridding is then used to calculate a disease state or non-disease state diagnosis for the patient.

  • Patent number: 11581097
Abstract: A medical information navigation engine (“MINE”) is capable of inferring referral activity not reported into a referral workflow system by utilizing intent-based clustering of medical information. The intent based clustering reconciles received medical data, from a variety of sources, and then clusters the data by applying one or more clustering rules. After the referrals not otherwise reported are inferred, they may be utilized to generate metrics that can be utilized to enhance patient care, and reduce costs. Metrics may be generated for both in-network and out-of-network referrals in order to distinguish differences in reporting activity.
