Abstract: A dynamic furniture system includes a first frame portion; a set of rollers mounted to the first frame portion; a second frame portion including one or more rockers having a roller-interface surface having a curved profile; wherein the set of rollers interface with the roller-interface surface of the rockers such that the second frame portion is moveable relative to the first frame portion; a set of one or more electromagnets mounted to or integrated with the first frame portion or the second frame portion; a set of one or more magnetically-interactive elements mounted to or integrated with a different one of the first frame portion or the second frame portion; and an electronic control system configured to vary a parameter of electrical energy supplied to the set of electromagnets over time to induce back and forth motion of one of the first frame portion or the second frame portion.

Abstract: A flat plate based system for securing legs to a chair is provided wherein a chair support has two catches and two leg pieces each have a tab at one end, the tab configured to interact with one of the two catches, each leg piece including an opening through which a tension member passes. Anchor pieces are configured to secure to the tension member such that the tension member pulls the anchor pieces together. The leg pieces each have an edge such that the edges face each other and the tabs interact with the catches and the tension member is positioned in the opening and the anchor pieces and tension member pull the edges together to hold the tabs against the two catches.

Abstract: A creeper for accessing cabinets includes a first end and a second end. The creeper includes a base support structure having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of side walls extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. The base support structure also includes a cabinet entry first end that is shaped and dimensioned for positioning within a cabinet and an exposed second end that is shaped and dimensioned to sit outside of the cabinet when cabinet entry first end of the creeper is positioned within the cabinet for use. A downwardly extending leg assembly is secured along the bottom surface of the base support structure. The cabinet creeper may be used for accessing a cabinet or as a seat with the user sitting directly upon the downwardly extending leg assembly.
Abstract: A chair adapted for no-tool assembly that includes a lower chair frame supported by an upper chair frame. A first, e.g., front, interface prevents relative movement between the chair frames, e.g., via orifice engaging a protrusion of, e.g., a hook member, or engagement of mating caps of the upper and lower chair frames with protrusions and orifices. A second, e.g., second interface includes a latch receiver and latch. In use, the upper chair frame is placed on the lower chair frame. The first interface is engaged for preventing relative movement between the upper and lower chair frames and the second interface between the lower chair frame and the upper chair frame is also engaged.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mechanical stretching device for a movable seat unit, and a movable seat unit thereof. The mechanical stretching device includes: a linkage support that comprises a support structure configured to support the mechanical stretching device on ground and a linkage structure attachable to a seating portion of the seat unit; a back mechanism that is pivotally connected to the linkage support and is configured to attach to a backrest of the seat unit; and a leg stretching structure including a footrest element, and the leg stretching structure is pivotally connected to the linkage support, and the footrest element is attached to a footrest of the seat unit. The mechanical stretching device is configured to implement a sequential conversion or a reverse sequential conversion of the seat unit from a sitting state to a relaxing state and to a lying state.

The at least one pressed or molded surface feature can include a surface texture (e.g., a wood grain pattern). The core can include segments fastened together, particle board, and/or fiberboard.
Abstract: The invention disclosure relates to a detachable sofa comprising a backrest, a seat, two armrests and a chassis, wherein the backrest comprises a backrest body and left and right side wings, and the left and right side wings are detachably connected to the backrest body; each armrest includes an armrest pad and an armrest frame, and the armrests are detachably connected to the seat. The backrest body and the left and right side wings are connected by locking slots, and the armrest and the seat are connected by locking slots. In the detachable sofa of the invention disclosure, the backrest and the armrest can be further disassembled into smaller components, which can occupy smaller space and volume during storage and transportation, thus greatly reduce storage and transportation costs.

A drainage framework is configured to channel moisture across the exterior surface of the pliable moisture impermeable layer. The drainage framework includes a plurality of support struts. Each of the support struts includes a base strut portion coupled with the exterior surface, a strut support face, and a strut body extending from the base strut portion to the strut support face. A plurality of drain channels are between the support struts. The draining construction wrap includes an installation surface configured for coupling with an outer wall. The installation surface includes the strut support faces of the plurality of support struts. The strut bodies of the plurality of support struts brace the installation surface and the pliable moisture impermeable layer is recessed from the installation surface with a strut gap therebetween.

Abstract: A wheelchair accessory apparatus is disclosed. The wheelchair accessory apparatus includes an ambulatory assistive device retaining member removably attachable to the frame of a wheelchair and an ambulatory assistive device support member removably attachable to the footrest of a wheelchair.
