Abstract: A collapsible canopy with an improved locking mechanism. The collapsible canopy has at least three supporting legs. The collapsible canopy also has a central lock that is used for locking the collapsible canopy in an unfolded state and permits the collapsible canopy to be folded into a folded state when the central lock is unlocked. An outer retractable unit is connected between each adjacent supporting leg. An inner retractable unit having an inner end is connected between each supporting leg and the central lock. The inner end of the inner retractable unit is connected through the central lock. Reinforcement bars are pivotally connected between the outer retractable units and the inner retractable units, the reinforcement bars function to maintain the shape of the collapsible canopy when the collapsible canopy is in a locked and unfolded position.

Abstract: A chair assembly includes a seat with a top side and a bottom side. The seat is connected to a telescoping arm that has a first end and a second end. The first end of the arm is connected to the bottom side of the seat. A platform having a top side and a bottom side is attached to the second end of the arm. The height of the platform is adjustable via the telescoping arm.

Abstract: Portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure for outdoors, and a method of assembling, and using the same. The invention encompasses an apparatus for providing shelter for humans and animals, which is portable, collapsible, and easily transportable from location to location, and can be quickly assembled, and disassembled. The apparatus comprises of a tubular frame, where a flat housing panel is wrapped around the tubular frame, and a cover is secured to the top of the assembly to from the portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure or the quick assembly hunting blind or hunting blind kit. The portable, collapsible apparatus, has a ceiling or roof, and wall or panels that are made of one or more layers of material, such as, corrugated material, plastic material, composite material, waterproof material, weatherproof material, rigid honeycomb board material, polyethylene material, polypropylene material. The inventive apparatus could also have an attachable or detachable base or floor.

The play article further includes an audio device with an actuator configured to turn the audio device on and off from inside of the play article, and a coupling member that removably couples the audio device to the top surface of the floor. Abstract: Various embodiments provide a folding chair. The folding chair includes a frame body having a back, an arm, a front leg and a rear leg frame members. The front and rear leg frame members are configured to support the frame body in an upright position on a ground surface in an unfolded state. Each frame member includes an intermediate section, and a pair of extended sections extending from the intermediate section forming a U-shaped frame member. The frame member also includes a plurality of connecting members moveably coupling the plurality of frame members for allowing the frame body to attain the unfolded state or a folded state. The folding chair also includes a cover member configured to cover the frame body to form at least a seat portion and a backrest portion. The seat portion is supported by the arm frame member and the backrest portion is supported by the back frame member.

Abstract: A shelter system is shown and described. A hub for a shelter system is shown and described. A frame for a shelter system is shown and described. In one embodiment, the shelter system includes a frame, a cover and a hub. The frame may be collapsible. The cover is configured to fit with the frame. The hub may include a receiver slot, a receiver sleeve and an attachment projection. The result is a shelter system with reduced set up time, effort and requirements and improved strength and ease of use. The inventions may also be considered a shelter kit and/or a shelter and hub method.

Abstract: Described herein is a ceiling system in one embodiment includes a grid support member, ceiling panel, and grid hanger configured to support the grid support member in a suspended manner from an overhead structural support. The grid hanger includes a mounting bracket configured for attachment to the structural support and a hanger member. The hanger member is adjustable in a plurality of selectable mounting positions relative to the mounting bracket, thereby allowing the mounted height of the grid support member to be adjusted in the field. In some embodiment, the hanger member is further angularly adjustable relative to the mounting bracket to avoid installation obstacles. Locking elements are provided to secure the hanger member in the selected mounting position. In one embodiment, the grid support member may have a T-shaped cross section.

A drainage framework is configured to channel moisture across the exterior surface of the pliable moisture impermeable layer. The drainage framework includes a plurality of support struts. Each of the support struts includes a base strut portion coupled with the exterior surface, a strut support face, and a strut body extending from the base strut portion to the strut support face. A plurality of drain channels are between the support struts. The draining construction wrap includes an installation surface configured for coupling with an outer wall. The installation surface includes the strut support faces of the plurality of support struts. The strut bodies of the plurality of support struts brace the installation surface and the pliable moisture impermeable layer is recessed from the installation surface with a strut gap therebetween.

No screws are needed for the chair of present invention; no tools are needed for the assembly/disassembly when a user unfolds the seat back from the seat base, slides the hook pieces along the groove pieces and set the seat back down by setting the insertion pegs to the corresponding insertion holes. Errors in setting up the chair can be avoided. The ease of setting up, and thus the sturdiness and the safety of the chair, is not affected by repeated disassembly/re-assembly.
