Abstract: A display device for displaying articles of merchandise, such as books and posters, is provided. The display device has four rectangular support structures. Each support structures includes a base, a first side wall, a second side wall, a first door hinged to the first side wall, a second door hinged to the second side wall, a back wall, and a cover hinged to the back wall. Each side wall is hinged to a side wall of an adjoining one of the support structures. At least one wheel is connected to the base of each support structure. The display device is movable between an open position wherein the back walls of the support structures define an enclosed space and a closed position wherein the back walls of each support structure faces the back wall of an adjoining one of the support structures.

Abstract: A sports equipment storage rack may include a contained storage area and an upper shelf that is connected to a lower shelf by a plurality of risers and sockets. The upper shelf may include one or more hook/holder portions having at least one slot for resting elongate items and at least one hook for hanging items, and the lower shelf may include one or more retaining portions for securing the elongate items in the slots. The contained storage area is located between the upper and the lower shelf and is capable of storing large and numerous objects.

Abstract: A merchandise display device for dispensing and displaying digital media cases. Digital media cases are inserted vertically into the opening between the front panel and the lateral supports. This opening limits the number of cases which can be removed and/or inserted at one time. The width of the opening allows only two cases to be inserted or removed at a time, to deter theft. The opening, however, still allows for easy access when removing or inserting the cases. A replaceable pusher is attached to the back wall of the unit to bias the digital media cases toward the front panel. The display units are broken into two separate components, a right and left side. The components allow for flexibility in arranging the display system, depending on the need of the vendor.

Abstract: A device for holding a plurality of capped writing tools that facilitates the artistic process of artists that require mobility and quick accessibility to their tools. The device consists of a generally planar base with the shape of an artist's palette. The base has a plurality of holes arrayed on its surface with a twist to lock capability. Inserts that interface with the twist to lock or snap into the holes provide the capability to accept a wide variety of capped writing tools. The inserts have threaded holes or have integrally molded caps to accept the capped writing tools. The inserts can provide additional functionality such as providing holding for cleaning wipes. The device is useable by both right- and left-handed artists. The device allows the artist to carry an assortment of tools chosen by the artist in the arrangement desired by the artist for quick accessibility.

Abstract: Construction system for providing load support in the transportation of goods in containers having a floor and a ceiling. The system includes at least one supporting beam and at least two telescopic bar organs, each having a first end disposed on the floor of the container and a second end expandable to the ceiling of the container, pressing thereby against the floor and the ceiling. The bar organs extend through the at least one supporting beam at end areas, and include a plurality of longitudinally disposed holes for locking a bar organ to a supporting beam at a predetermined height by means of a latch pin.

Abstract: An easily adjusted apparatus for storing and dispensing cans, bottles and other containers, i.e. an adjustable merchandise slide, includes an adjustable mesh of ribs and deformable connecting members, as well as partitions, front panels and locking members attached to the mesh. The mesh, partitions and front panels define channels for holding rows of containers. The mesh is configured to be expanded or compressed as needed to make the channels wider or narrower. Each channel's width can be separately adjusted. The locking members attach to the mesh to maintain a desired width for each channel.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present invention provide structure that can be installed within a warehouse-type rack to convert the rack for use as a merchandise and display rack. In this manner, warehouse-type racks can be provided with a greater degree of adjustability to accommodate a larger number of shelving and product storage and display configurations. The structure installed within a warehouse-type rack can include secondary uprights connected to secondary front-rear stretchers. Preferably, the connections between the secondary uprights and the secondary front-rear stretchers are adjustable so that the secondary uprights can be secured in different positions within the warehouse-type rack. In some embodiments, the secondary uprights can be secured in different front-rear positions in the rack and/or can be secured in different vertical positions with respect to the secondary front-rear stretchers.

Abstract: A rack is designed to hold a plurality of pistol-type nozzles, each having a barrel which is provided at the top end with a nozzle, and at the bottom end with a connection portion and an adjustment knob. The rack comprises a top frame and a bottom frame. The top frame is provided with a plurality of through slots for holding the barrels of the pistol nozzles. The bottom frame is provided with a plurality of locating slots, each having a seat, a locating projection extending from the seat, and a confinement recess. The connection portion and the adjustment knob are located in the locating slot of the bottom frame such that the connection portion is seated on the seat, and that the locating projection is inserted into a center hole of the connection portion, and that the adjustment knob is confined in the confinement recess.

Abstract: A bag and system for dispensing thermoplastic bags or the like from a stack of bags. The present system is configured for point of use dispensing to a customer, such as in the produce section of a grocery store or market. Each bag pack is dispensed from a station which includes an underlying, medially situated, angled bag pack support, configured to provide optimal support for the user in opening and removing the bag to be dispensed from the bag pack. Further contemplated is a unique cover which is placed over the bag pack to be dispensed, the cover having an opening formed therethrough for the dispensing of bags therethrough, the opening configured to provide optimal dispensing of the bags while maintaining the remaining bags in a uniform bag pack.

Abstract: A product inventory control system is provided that utilizes both fixed and movable racks. The present system may be utilized in a walk-in display cooler or other product storage application to help with inventory management and to provide easy access to stored product. The racks of the present system include shelf support members that are selectively positionable at a plurality of different orientations so as to achieve different product support surface orientations relative to a horizontal The shelf support members are adapted for storing a plurality of different types of products and product containers. Movable racks are positioned in front of fixed racks whereby movement of a movable rack provides access to a rack positioned therebehind.

Abstract: A modular furniture system having at least one rail that has a grooved surface, at least one clip adapted to cooperatively engage the grooved surface of the rail(s), a fastener for securing the clip(s) to the rail(s), and at least one fixture mounted over the clip(s) and onto the rail(s). The clip(s) have a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end having two arms facing each other separated by a channel. The arms are capable of being biased toward each other as the clip is inserted into the grooved surface and maintains the clip in the grooved surface after the clip is inserted. The fastener is dimensioned to pass into the channel to secure the clip(s) to the rail(s). Several fixtures can be used with the furniture system to provide a number of different configurations, including surface mounted furniture systems, mobile furniture systems, and furniture systems that are either integral parts of other pieces of furniture or stand alone systems.

Abstract: Mountable hanger apparatus (10) and a kit of parts (71) therefore for affixing preferably to door hinges. The hanger apparatus comprises an elongated member (11) having top (13), intermediate (14, 36), and bottom end member segments (15), all of which are longitudinally interconnectable along the longitudinal axis (12) of the elongated member. The elongated member also includes top (42), intermediate (46), and bottom (45) connectors for longitudinally interconnecting the member segments along the member axis. Radially extending support arms (39-41) each connect to a connector so as to rotate about the member axis independent of each other. Top and bottom mounting brackets (16, 24) each slideably receives and connects to a corresponding member segment and also to, for example, a door hinge. The mounting brackets slide along the member segments for adjusting the distance therebetween to fit any door hinge spacing.

Each side-by-side compartment has a floor, a pair of side walls extending from the floor and a mouth between the side walls. The organizer further includes a suspender coupled to the row of side-by-side compartments. The suspender is configured and adapted to hang the plurality of compartments from the closet rod such that each mouth faces a forward horizontal direction perpendicular to the axis of the closet rod when the organizer is hung from the rod.

Abstract: In accordance with the present invention a formed channel includes a body portion having laterally spaced side walls, and a bottom portion having laterally spaced tracks for supporting truck wheels each including vertical walls for guiding the truck wheels. Means are provided to maintain depending clothing hooks spaced from the wheels and perpendicular to the axles. This may comprise a single piece clothing hook shank or an additional separate spacer. A groove is provided between the vertical walls for guiding the truck wheels. A slot is provided between the vertical walls for the hooks depending from the truck to pass through, for supporting clothes hangers.
