  • Patent number: 11933342
Abstract: To provide a fastening structure for fastening a left-right screw intersection forming bolt, which has a simple structure and does not loosen. A right screw nut having a recess, an elastic member having a rotation-preventing protrusion and a tongue portion, and a left screw nut having a tapered surface and a recess are included. After the bolt is tightened with the right screw nut and the elastic member is mounted, the tongue portion of the elastic member is tightened while being pressed with the left screw nut, so that the tongue portion jumps up to the recess of the left screw nut, and the left screw nut is locked and fastened. As illustrated in FIG. 9, the fastening structure can also be configured by changing the right screw nut to a left screw nut, the elastic member to an elastic member, and the left screw nut to a right screw nut.

  • Patent number: 11933345
Abstract: A tolerance compensation arrangement for fastening first and second components with tolerance compensation in the distance between the first and second component, has a base unit with a cage element, a base element, a nut in the cage element, and an adjustment unit having a threaded sleeve with an outer thread and a dragging element. The thread of the threaded sleeve forms with the nut a first thread pairing of a first direction. A fastening screw can be inserted through an opening of the base unit and the adjustment unit, and the fastening screw is screwable into the base element via a second thread pairing of a second thread direction and is connectable to the adjustment unit via the dragging element, so that, when the fastening screw is screwed in, the adjustment unit is co-rotated and thereby moved into abutment with the second component.

  • Patent number: 11920632
Abstract: A lock nut is useable for setting a bearing to preload or endplay. A plurality of preload markings are circumferentially spaced apart on the nut. The distance between the preload marking corresponding to a preselected amount of preload applied or reduced on said bearing when the nut is (i) tightened to apply a preload force to said bearing or (ii) loosened to reduce a preload force on said bearing, respectively. A plurality of endplay markings are also circumferentially spaced apart on the nut. The distance between the endplay markings, corresponding to a preselected amount of endplay increased or reduced in said bearing when the nut is (i) tightened to reduce endplay on the bearing or (ii) loosened to increase endplay in said bearing. The use of endplay and preload markings enables setting of a bearing on an axle or spindle to either an endplay setting or a preload setting by adjusting the rotation of the lock nut according to the endplay markings or the preload markings, respectively.
