The cosmetic is stored in a covered tubular case so as to be retrieved and stored and locked to the tubular case when projected and stored by the single hand operation. The cover of the tubular case is opened when the cosmetic is projected and closed when the cosmetic is stored.

The applicator may comprise a body configured to be associated with a reservoir, a base and at least two application teeth extending from the base. The teeth may have a first end at the dispensing orifice and a second end intended to be placed in flow communication with the reservoir. Movement from a hair-grasping position to a hair-releasing position is thus enabled.

This new invention relates to the art of permanent waving of hair and reveals an innovative new perming system particularly for the professional salon industry and also for the retail home perm industry. The innovative techniques and concepts of perming with ultra gentle formulations and very short processing times will offer many great safety benefits for the salon clients, hairdressers, environment, and the perm industry. The new invention is primarily designed and focused on dramatically reducing the perming chemicals, the processing time, and the malodor associated with perming by 50 to 75% of the conventional perming products. Three carriers combined detachably with three grabbing members accommodating three bunches of hair therein travels along the cam track as a couple of rotors rotate in opposite direction. While three hair grabbing member held on the holders of the carriers conduct the figure ‘8’ motion, three bunches of hair in three hair grabbing members are braided into one strand.

The apex is truncated to form an application surface and a feed groove extends inwardly from the base of the triangular shape, opposite the application surface. First and second combing surfaces flank the feed groove. A first side surface joins the first combing surface at a sharp comb edge and joins the application surface at a first application edge. A second side surface joins the second combing surface at a second sharp combing edge and joins the application surface at a second application edge. The application surface may also be rounded. The core may be curved to provide a convex or concave application surface. The various surfaces and edges provide a very versatile mascara brush.

Abstract: Nail scissors are disclosed. The nail scissors have two blades. Each of the blades has a sharp edge at its front portion and a ring-shaped handle at its rear portion. The sharp edge is used to remove cuticles, while the ring-shaped handle provides a grip for fingers so as to operate the scissors. The blades is rotatably connected by a shaft. According to a feature of this invention, one of the blades is provided with an elliptical and longitudinal nail file portion at its exposed surface. One of the ring-shaped handles may be provided with a cuticle trimmer. The ring-shaped handles may be respectively provided with two parts of eyebrow tweezers, the parts of eyebrow tweezers respectively extending from the ends of the handles to a length and being inwardly and forwardly bent at their ends so as to squeeze each other at their ends.
