Abstract: A method, a computer system, and a computer program product are provided for federated learning. An aggregator may receive cluster information from distributed computing devices. The cluster information may relate to identified clusters in sample data of the distributed computing devices. The cluster information may include centroid information per cluster. The aggregator may include a processor. The aggregator may integrate the cluster information to define data classes for machine learning classification. The integrating may include computing a respective distance between centroids of the clusters in order to determine a total number of the data classes. The aggregator may send a deep learning model that includes an output layer that has a total number of nodes equal to the total number of the data classes. The deep learning model may be for the distributed computing devices to perform machine learning classification in federated learning.

Abstract: A system and method to improve implementation efficiency of user interface content by using standard content attributes used across all platforms and devices to implement a lowest common denominator programming system. Standardized content attributes are used to produce a universal content framework that is implemented identically across various devices and platforms, resulting in a consistent and standardized user experience. The invention allows programming functionality to be universally applied and usable with any device and platform so that significant computer programming and updating inefficiencies are eliminated.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for utilizing a feedback loop to continuously improve an artificial intelligence (AI) engine's determination of predictive features associated with a topic. An embodiment operates by training an AI engine for a topic using data from a data source, wherein the topic is associated with a geolocation. The embodiments first receives a set of predictive features for the topic from the trained AI engine. The embodiment transmits the set of predictive features for the topic to a set of electronic devices. The embodiment second receives a set of audiovisual content captured by the set of electronic devices. The set of electronic devices capture the set of audiovisual content based on the set of predictive features for the topic. The embodiment finally retrains the AI engine based on the first set of audiovisual content.

Abstract: Control information for configuring an audiovisual device to present multimedia content according to a first service type may be generated. A method may include generating first control information for configuring an audiovisual device to decode a multimedia stream, generating first data that indicates a structure of the first control information, and transmitting the first data and the first control information. The first control information may be generated according to a first protocol version. Second data and second control information may be similarly generated and transmitted according to a second protocol version. Disclosed techniques may facilitate receiving devices to determine whether they support received wireless transmissions and decode the transmissions based on the control information.

Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining, an application requirement for a server of a data center geographically separated from a central location. A configuration file adapted for the server according to the application requirement is obtained at the central location and a host processor located at the data center is selected according to the application requirement. A static IP address preassigned to an administrative portion of the selected host processor is identified. The selected host processor is initialized remotely over a wide area network via the administrative port without utilizing any software resources pre-existing at the data center. The VPN SPI selects an Internet Protocol (IP) address for access to the VPN by the client device from a pool of IP addresses. The VPN SPI provides access to the VPN for the client device via the IP address. The VPN SPI receives one or more handshake notifications from the client device. The VPN SPI determines that a threshold time period has passed since a latest-in-time handshake notification of the one or more handshake notifications. The VPN SPI disconnects the client device from the VPN in response to determining that the threshold time period has passed. The VPN SPI adds the IP address to the pool of IP addresses in response to disconnecting the client device from the VPN.

Abstract: A technique for identifying an opt-out status for a user's mobile or other computing device without relying exclusively on client-side storage or primarily on the use of non-determinative mechanisms is discussed. Embodiments provide server-based or otherwise hosted techniques of accurately identifying devices of users that wish to opt-out of having their device activity tracked. These techniques enable accurate identification of a device's opt-out status even in the absence of a client-side opt-out indicator.
