Patent number: 11661755Abstract: A method for assembling a brick pattern for forming a precast brick panel. The method includes conveying bricks in a row to a spacing station, spacing the bricks apart in a row at the spacing station according to a predetermined row pattern and to a predetermined row length by allowing the spacing between adjacent bricks to vary if required. The method then involves transferring the row of spaced bricks onto a generally planar support surface of a brick pattern assembly station. By this method, a plurality of rows of spaced bricks are assembled adjacent each other on the support surface of the brick pattern assembly station to form a brick pattern.Type: GrantFiled: March 20, 2020Date of Patent: May 30, 2023Assignee: Brickworks Building Products Pty LtdInventor: Roberto Sebastian Liistro

Patent number: 11634901Abstract: A method of making a geodesic shape is provided. The method comprises of providing and assembling a plurality of pre-made forms, and a plurality of struts. The pre-made forms have a triangular shape, first and second inner edges, and an outer edge. The length of each inner edge and outer edge are determined by the frequency of the geodesic shape, diameter of the geodesic shape, and known formulas for relating diameter and frequency when creating a geodesic dome or sphere. Using the pre-made forms and struts, a polygonal shape is assembled, each shape having either five or six pre-made forms. The resulting desired polygonal shape and additional desired polygonal shapes made using the same steps are connected at preset angles in known geodesic form and function. The desired polygonal shapes then combine to form a desired geodesic shape. Throughout the process, no struts are operably coupled to other struts.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 2018Date of Patent: April 25, 2023Assignee: Geodesic Earthworks, LLCInventors: James C.
