  • Patent number: 11270323
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods of individual level learning that include receiving purchase event data from a merchant device that indicates that a purchase event occurred by a user on a user device, and transmitting the purchase event data to an analytics server. The methods may also include processing the purchase event data. The processing may include calculating a time gap for each of two sequential purchase events in a list of purchase events, and calculating an average duration of consecutive events by averaging all of the purchase events in the list of purchase events. The method may determine a purchase hazard probability that a purchase event will occur on a given day, when the average duration of consecutive events is larger than a standard deviation of the event occurring. When the purchase hazard probability is above a threshold, the system may push a message to the user device.

  • Patent number: 11257018
Abstract: A system to provide an automated risk relationship resource allocation tool via back-end application computer server of an enterprise. A resource allocation data store may contain electronic records representing requested resource allocations between the enterprise and a plurality of entities. The server may receive an indication of a selected requested resource allocation and retrieve, from the resource allocation data store, the electronic record associated with the selected requested resource allocation. The server may execute a machine learning algorithm to generate an overall score for the selected requested resource allocation and generate a request health index via an analytic model for the entity associated with the selected requested resource allocation. The system may then support a graphical interactive user interface display via a distributed communication network, the interactive user interface display providing resource allocation data including the overall score and the request health index.

  • Patent number: 11200539
Abstract: Automatic completion of robotic process automation (RPA) workflows using machine learning (ML) is disclosed. A trained ML model may intelligently and automatically predict and complete the next series of activities in RPA workflows (e.g., one, a few, many, the remainder of the workflow, etc.). Actions users take while creating workflows over a time period may be captured and stored. The ML model may then be trained and used to match the stored actions with stored workflow sequences of actions in order to predict and complete the workflow. As more and more workflow sequences are captured and stored over time, the ML model may be retrained to predict a larger number of sequences and/or to more accurately make predictions. Auto-completion may occur in real-time in some embodiments to save time and effort by the user.
