Abstract: A co-browse service implements a resource acquisition process to enable proprietary resources to be accessed on a co-browse session. In some embodiments, co-browse JavaScript in a visitor browser converts some or all of the resource URLs of the DOM to point to the resource acquisition process so that the agent browser seeks to retrieve the URLs referenced resources from the resource acquisition process rather than from the website. The resource acquisition process, in turn, obtains the resources from the website or the visitor browser. Since the resource acquisition process is able to obtain the proprietary resources on behalf of the agent and provide the proprietary resources to the agent during the co-browse session, the agent is able to have a consistent view of the visitor's browser during the co-browse session.

Abstract: A computerized system for displaying delivery date estimation in a webpage. The system may include a processor and a nontransitory storage medium comprising instructions. When executed by the processor, the instructions may include steps of receiving, from a remote device, a first request for product information, the first request including remote device information and product identification. The steps may also include providing (to a second system) a second request for a delivery date estimate, the second request comprising the remote device information and product identification, receiving (from the second system) the delivery date estimate. The steps may also include generating an electronic message comprising the product information and the delivery date estimate and forwarding (to the remote system) the electronic message.

Abstract: A semantic based document editor is provided. An application such as a document processing application displays previews of a document. The previews include semantic styles. In response to a selection of one of the previews, a semantic style associated with the selected preview is applied to a section of the document. The semantic style is rendered in the selected preview. A suggestion is displayed on the section. The suggestion identifies the section. The suggestion is also formatted based on the semantic style.

Abstract: A method and system for generating a digital document on a receiving mobile device from limited data that is transmitted to the device is disclosed. A shortened form of Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is sent and expanded to a longer URL that contains presentation data. The presentation data may include further nested shortened URLs to retrieve digital document components. Condensing techniques for transferring both presentation and location data further reduce transmission size. The combined retrieved data defines the content and presentation of a generated digital document.

Abstract: A computer-implemented environment for creating, curating, sharing and storing document contents in a concise, structured, modular, standardized and story-like format. The environment enables users to define content with a set of Cards, and arrange, connect and disconnect Cards so as to define a distinct Story. The environment additionally provides a user-adjustable Card content separator configured so that content below the separator is not instantly visible to the user. Abstract: A system comprises a first workstation that locally instantiates a design tool configured to allow a designer to specify a design for a web page. A data store is locally available to the first workstation, and receives and stores the design as a saved design. A second workstation provides access to a code editor to allow a programmer to specify a modification to an encoding of the design. A server means instantiates the code editor for the second workstation, saves the modification as a saved modification, and serves the encoding of the design in accordance with the modification by combining the saved modification with the saved design. The server means seamlessly combines the saved design and the saved modification such that the saved modification and the saved design can each be independently altered and recombined to produce a modified encoding of the design.

Abstract: Examples of systems and methods for automatic population of electronic documents are described. In an example, a digital base document having the information to be populated in a data field of the electronic document may be obtained. From the digital base document a data item to provide the information may be extracted. Further, for the digital base document, a similarity score may be computed with respect to each document type defined in predefined mapping data, the predefined mapping data including, for each document type, a weight associated with data items occurring in the document type, the weight being associated based on the importance of the data item to the document. Based on the similarity score, a document type of the digital base document may be identified. Further, based on a position of the data item in the digital base document and the identified document type, the data field may be populated.

Abstract: A method retrieves and displays an alternative webpage in response to an initially-requested webpage no longer being available. A browser on a client device sends a request to a web server for an original webpage, which is associated with an original Universal Resource Locator (URL). The browser receives an error response, from the web server, which indicates that the original webpage no longer exists. A search engine on the client device searches for multiple alternative Universal Resource Locators (URLs), which are based on variations from the original URL. An alternative webpage that is associated with one of the multiple alternative URLs is then displayed on the client device.

Abstract: Computerized systems and methods for automatic construction of computer-generated user interfaces that reduce questions presented by electronic document preparers to customers. Embodiments result in more efficient question presentation and answering of same and more efficient and accurate electronic document data while reducing customer confusion by eliminating extraneous questions or content that are not relevant to a preparer's information request or that obfuscate relevant preparer inquiries. Fillable portions of one or more electronic forms or templates are extracted and aggregated to construct a new user interface or interview screen that is independent of an electronic document preparation application utilized by the preparer and presented to the customer. Customer responses provided through the constructed user interface are stored to a data store shared with the electronic document preparation application to update the current electronic document data.
