Abstract: A method, computer readable medium, and system are disclosed for visual sequence learning using neural networks. The method includes the steps of replacing a non-recurrent layer within a trained convolutional neural network model with a recurrent layer to produce a visual sequence learning neural network model and transforming feedforward weights for the non-recurrent layer into input-to-hidden weights of the recurrent layer to produce a transformed recurrent layer. The method also includes the steps of setting hidden-to-hidden weights of the recurrent layer to initial values and processing video image data by the visual sequence learning neural network model to generate classification or regression output data.

  • Patent number: 11640545
Abstract: In order to facilitate the entity resolution and entity activity tracking and indexing, systems and methods include receiving first source records from a first database and second source records from a record database. A candidate set of second source records is determined by a heuristic search in the set of second source records. A candidate pair feature vector associated with each candidate pair of first and second source records is generated. An entity matching machine learning model predicts matching first source records for each candidate second source record based on the respective candidate pair feature vector. An aggregate quantity associated with the matching first source records is aggregated from a quantity associated with each first source record, and a quantity index for each candidate second source record is determined based the aggregate quantities. Each quantity index is displayed to a user.

  • Patent number: 11625634
Abstract: A method and system for improving analysis of social media and other usage data to determine user sentiments are disclosed. Social media posts are identified as relevant to determining user sentiments regarding a service provider. Posts are analyzed by machine learning algorithms to determine user general sentiments and specific sentiments. User interaction metrics indicating user interaction with service provider web site or application may also be analyzed. Sentiment and interaction determinations may be used with other data to predict likelihood of user attrition for services of the service provider. Sentiment determinations associated with social media posts may further be used to determine priority levels for the posts, including response urgency levels. Determined priority levels may then be used to implement appropriate actions in a timely manner based upon the post urgency.

  • Patent number: 11625620
Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein relate generally to constructing a customized knowledge graph. In one embodiment, entities and relations among entities are extracted from a user dataset based on certain rules to generate a seed graph. Large-scale knowledge graphs are then traversed using a finite state machine to identify candidate entities and/or relations to add to the seed graph. A priority function is used to select entities and/or relations from the candidate entities and/or relations. The selected entities and/or relations are then added to the seed graph to generate the customized knowledge graph.

  • Patent number: 11586877
Abstract: A system for using hash keys to preserve privacy across multiple tasks is disclosed. The system may provide training batch(es) of input observations each having a customer request and stored task to an encoder, and assign a hash key(s) to each of the stored tasks. The system may provide a new batch of input observations with a new customer request and new task to the encoder. The encoder may generate a new hash key assigned to the new customer request and determine whether any existing hash key corresponds with the new hash key. If so, the system may associate the new batch of input observations with the corresponding hash key and update the corresponding hash key such that it is also configured to provide access to the new batch of input observations. If not, the system may generate a new stored task and assign the new hash key to it.

  • Patent number: 11552962
Abstract: An ensemble of detection techniques are used to identify code that presents intermediate levels of threat. For example, an ensemble of machine learning techniques may be used to evaluate suspiciousness based on binaries, file paths, behaviors, reputations, and so forth, and code may be sorted into safe, unsafe, intermediate, or any similar categories. By filtering and prioritizing intermediate threats with these tools, human threat intervention can advantageously be directed toward code samples and associated contexts most appropriate for non-automated responses.

  • Patent number: 11531861
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to an automated neural architecture search approach for designing new neural network architectures such as, for example, resource-constrained mobile CNN models. In particular, the present disclosure provides systems and methods to perform neural architecture search using a novel factorized hierarchical search space that permits layer diversity throughout the network, thereby striking the right balance between flexibility and search space size. The resulting neural architectures are able to be run relatively faster and using relatively fewer computing resources (e.g., less processing power, less memory usage, less power consumption, etc.), all while remaining competitive with or even exceeding the performance (e.g., accuracy) of current state-of-the-art mobile-optimized models.
