Abstract: The invention includes a child resistant package having a first panel and at least two second panels joined to the first panel. The first and second panels are in different planes, in an embodiment. The package includes a peelable flap portion covering an access point into the package, wherein the peelable flap portion has at least one tab continuous therewith. The at least one tab is disposed on one of the second panels and the access point is disposed in the first panel. In an embodiment, at least one decoy tab is also disposed on one of the second panels.

Abstract: A portable floss cup that allows for quick and convenient access to un-used portable flossers is provided. The floss cup is sized to fit in the cup holder of one's vehicle, and may be composed of paper, plastic, or biodegradable materials. The cup is formed with an inner wall for receiving used portable flossers and waste therein, an outer wall having a diameter larger than the inner wall, and an upper wall extending between the inner and outer wall. Un-used portable flossers are radially disposed in slots provided around the upper wall. A lid large enough to cover the top of the cup may also be included. Once the flossers provided with the cup are expended, an end user may either replace the expended flossers with new un-used ones, or they may replace the cup entirely.

The screw capping devices include a cylindrical wall having a section having an end closed by a bottom and a section having an open end, the section being connected to the section by a circumferential junction having a non-breakable connection and a breakable connection, the section further having a breakable connection extending parallel to the circumferential junction, the breakable connection and the breakable connection being configured to be broken during a first unscrewing of the section. The breaking of the breakable connections creates two arms retaining the section to the container.

The container body also serves to retain the mixed beverage after mixing and to facilitate the consumption of the mixed beverage. The mixing mechanism serves to retain the several beverage ingredients separate from each other until mixing. The mixing mechanism retains the several beverage ingredients in such a way that the freshness of each of the beverage ingredients is preserved. The mixing mechanism also facilitates the mixing of the beverage ingredients with the amount of liquid base retained in the container body when the user is ready to consume the mixed beverage.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for a perforated top panel disposed in a shrink-wrapped bottle pack for containing water bottles. The perforated top panel includes an easy-open panel and a semi-circular portion disposed at a terminal end of the easy-open panel. The easy-open panel is partially bordered by an alternating series of cuts and lands that are configured to allow the easy-open panel to tear away from the top panel upon being pulled by a practitioner. The easy-open panel includes a parallel portion that extends to one or more tapered portions that terminate at the semi-circular portion. The semi-circular portion is configured to be grasped and pulled to separate the tapered portion and the parallel portion from the top panel and thus expose the water bottles.

Abstract: The present invention fulfills the above and other objects by providing a combination dispensing and disposal container having a dispensing end with a dispensing opening for dispensing new items, such as facial tissue, wet wipes, candy, etc. On the side of the container is a disposal opening for accepting trash. A partition located inside of the container separates a storage compartment where new items are held from a disposal compartment where trash is held. The combination dispensing and disposal container is usable for individual personal use, provides an all-in-one convenient box for separated new items form used items, and can be used anywhere. The entirety of the combination dispensing and disposal container may be discarded into the trash or recycled upon the disposal compartment being filled with used items.
