    Abstract: A toolholder matched with the internal jet cooling spindle for cryogenic coolant is mainly composed of a hollow toolholder body, a high-performance thermal insulation structure and a bidirectional sealing structure. They can guide the cryogenic coolant from the spindle to the internal cooling channel of cutting tool and realize the cryogenic thermal insulation and dynamic sealing. The high-performance thermal insulation structure inside the toolholder employs the material with a low thermal conductivity and a low linear expansion coefficient to restrain the low temperature impact of cryogenic coolant on the toolholder and spindle, to ensure the dimensional accuracy and assembly accuracy of the toolholder. The bidirectional sealing structure in the toolholder uses the ultra-low temperature resistant seal rings to prevent the cryogenic coolant from leaking towards the spindle and the cutting tool, to ensure the stability of the coolant transport.

    Abstract: An example method includes performing a machining operation by providing linear movement of a tool along a feed axis relative to a workpiece while superimposing oscillation of the tool onto the feed axis and providing rotation of the tool relative to the workpiece. During an optimization mode, the machining operation is performed on a first workpiece portion while providing the linear movement at an initial feed velocity, and sequentially superimposing the oscillating at a plurality of different frequencies. An optimal oscillation frequency is determined from the plurality of different frequencies which causes the tool to apply less force to the first workpiece portion at the initial feed velocity than others of the frequencies. During a run mode, the machining operation is performed on a second workpiece portion having a same composition as the first workpiece portion while superimposing the oscillation at the optimal oscillation frequency.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a reset mechanism of the key duplication device which comprises a reset apparatus, a spindle and a body, wherein the spindle is inserted into the body and is rotatably connected to the body. Between workspace and a loading area, the body is repeatedly moveable along the spindle. The reset mechanism comprises an elastic member connected with the body. Elastic forces of the elastic member always act on the body and move the body toward the workspace. After the body is rotated to the loading area against the elastic forces of the elastic member, when a withdrawal force exceeds the elastic forces, the body automatically returns to the workspace under the influence of the elastic forces. The fewer and easier operating steps the more efficient work of the reset mechanism is, and the mechanism more conforms to the ergonomics design.
