Abstract: The present invention, Methods for RF or Acoustic Boresighting, is a collection of various methods of accounting for and correcting for the errors that occur in a receiver during signal collection, and are an extension of patent Ser. No. 10/185,022, by using Radio Frequency coupling as opposed to switches. These updated methods enable a means to ensure a collected signal can be calibrated at any point during the signal collection period without having to cease signal collection in order to switch in a reference signal. Social grouping is implemented by enabling a second patron who is in a social group with the first patron to play at one of the neighboring gaming machines, while the first patron is playing at the first gaming machine. In some implementations, a gaming system of the gaming establishment controls which gaming machines are disabled. In other implementations, patrons' cell phones running a gaming app communicate directly with the gaming machines to disable the neighboring gaming machines while enabling patrons in the same social group to play at neighboring gaming machines. In some implementations, play at a gaming machine is prevented by temporarily disabling the gaming machine's bill validator.

Abstract: This invention is used to control the duration of time it takes to charge any device, depending on how many units the user has taken out of their fitness goal. This invention connects to a fitness device such as a smart watch and retrieves the amount of units the user has completed. Being conditional on how many units the user has taken, the device will either charge at a normal pace or proportionally slower. For example, if the user's daily goal was 10,000 units and they completed 5,000 units, their device would charge half its normal pace. This invention charges the device more slowly by pausing the charges for periods of time.
