Abstract: A computer implemented method for creating and establishing one or more workflow based template for a one or more domain servers by a one or more users using a centralized application management system is provided. The one or more users include a first user and a second user. The computer implemented method includes (i) creating, at a template module, a first workflow based template for a first domain server by the first user, the first workflow based template includes one or more root node, the one or more root node includes a one or more patent nodes, (ii) sending, by the first user, the first workflow based template for validation and approval by the second user, and (iii) establishing the first workflow based template in the first domain server.
