  • Patent number: 9785936
Abstract: A digital wallet bill management system runs on centralized processors in operative communication with databases and in networked communication with digital wallet applications, computerized billing systems and payment gateways. Code snippet activators are provided to customers running digital wallet applications on their respective electronic devices. When customers activate the code snippet information, the digital wallet bill management system produces biller e-cards for the digital wallet applications, linking customer accounts to the billing system for the respective customers. The code snippets include biller codes, customer codes and URL addresses, and the system matches the codes with data stored in the database for the respective biller and customer and transmits the biller e-card information to the respective electronic devices for the digital wallet application.

  • Patent number: 9734685
Abstract: The method, system, and computer-readable medium facilitates monitoring a vehicle operator during the course of vehicle operation to determine whether the vehicle operator is in an emotionally impaired state (e.g., aggressive or agitated) and presenting appropriate stimuli (e.g., music or sound recordings) to the vehicle operator when impairment is detected. The vehicle operator, the environment surrounding the vehicle, or forces acting on the vehicle may be monitored using a variety of sensors, including optical sensors, accelerometers, or biometric sensors (e.g., skin conductivity, heart rate, or voice modulation). When the vehicle operator is determined to be in an emotionally impaired state, stimuli are selected to improve the emotional state of the vehicle operator. The selection is based on sensor data and data regarding prior responses of the vehicle operator to various stimuli. After selection, the stimuli are presented to the vehicle operator while monitoring continues.

  • Patent number: 9619579
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention assist in the development, management, and deployment of aggregated data attributes for multiple data sources. One embodiment provides a development interface that allows for elements of attributes, including filters, to be moved into a coding area in which an attribute or an attribute element is being edited. In another embodiment, the user interface presents data fields to assist in the development of filters for multiple data sources with divergent formats. The application further provides a validation interface through which users can validate attributes and trace the results returned by various elements referenced by the attributes under validation. Another embodiment provides a system for managing attributes and deploying them to various systems by creating a deployment file that is used by an attribute calculation system. In one embodiment, the attribute calculation system is a scalable system that dynamically calculates attributes for multiple data sources.

  • Patent number: 9508092
Abstract: Embodiments of system are disclosed in which selection strategies for a direct marketing campaign that identify consumers from a credit bureau or other consumer database can be planned, tested, and/or refined on a stable subset of the credit database. In some embodiments, once refined, consumer selection criteria may be used to execute the direct marketing campaign on the full consumer/credit database, which is preferably updated approximately twice weekly. In one preferred embodiment, the data for the test database represents a random sampling of approximately 10% of the full database and the sampling is regenerated approximately weekly in order to provide a stable set of data on which campaign developers may test their campaign. For each consumer in the sampling, the environment may allow a client to access and use both attributes calculated by the credit bureau and proprietary attributes and data owned by the client.

  • Patent number: 9245262
Abstract: The invention provides a method and system that performs transaction processing using a payment bookmark that is associated with a user bookmarked link. The system includes a computer processor constituted by a communication portion; a database; and a bookmark processing portion. The communication portion interfaces with the user to input selection of a payment bookmark, and upon selection of the payment bookmark, the computer processor invoking the bookmark processing portion, and the payment bookmark being mapped to the user bookmarked link (UB link) stored in the database. The UB link is constituted by UB link data, and the UB link data including core link data. The bookmark processing portion performs processing to retrieve available transaction data to append to the core link data of the UB link. The bookmark processing portion outputs the UB link including the UB link data to a server over a network.
