  • Patent number: 7862636
Abstract: Enclosed is an air conditioner including a foreign matter collecting unit to secondarily collect foreign matter in a brush assembly when the brush assembly for firstly collecting and accumulating the foreign matter filtered by a filter automatically moves. Therefore, the foreign matter separated from the filter is firstly collected in the brush assembly, and the foreign matter can be secondly collected in the foreign matter collecting unit by moving the brush assembly. Therefore, the foreign matter filtered by the filter is automatically removed so that the inconvenient of exchanging and cleaning the filter can be settled and pollution of the filter can be prevented. Since the foreign matter is discharged to outdoor side by simply detaching the foreign matter collecting unit so that convenience of use can be enhanced.

  • Patent number: 7857898
Abstract: A flare stack that preferably comprises a burner assembly, an exhaust stack, an housing, and a fuel line. The burner assembly burns a fuel to generate thermal energy and combustion byproducts. The exhaust stack is cooperatively associated with the burner assembly to direct the thermal energy and combustion byproducts away from the burner assembly. The housing at least partially defines a fluid-receiving chamber in thermal communication with the exhaust stack. The fluid-receiving chamber has a heat-transfer fluid disposed therein. The fuel line is in fluid communication with the burner assembly to deliver fuel to the burner assembly. At least a portion of the fuel line is in thermal communication with at least one of the exhaust stack, housing, or heat-transfer fluid to permit fuel in the fuel line to absorb thermal energy before reaching the burner assembly.

  • Patent number: 7850768
Abstract: An air filtering apparatus for electrolyzing water in an electrolytic bath by applying a voltage between electrodes in the electrolytic bath, supplying the generated electrolytic water to a gas-liquid contact member and blowing air to the gas-liquid contact member to filter the air, including a scale removing unit for inverting the polarities of the electrodes to remove scale deposited on the electrodes, and a judging unit for judging on the basis of a current value flowing between the electrodes whether the scale is removed from the surface of the electrode.

  • Patent number: 7811350
Abstract: A sheet-like filter element is installed on a support within the casing of a filter device. A plate-like portion is integrally formed in at least the outer periphery of the filter element. A crimped portion which is to be secured to the support in a crimped state is formed in this plate-like portion. A protrusion which rises through the above described plate-like portion is formed so as to be integrated with the above described support around this crimped portion. The plate-like portion is secured to the support by means of this protrusion.

  • Patent number: 7776139
Abstract: A dual stage coalescer includes a separator in a separator chamber separating gas and liquid by inertial impaction, and a coalescer filter element in a coalescer chamber separating gas and liquid by coalescence. A transfer tube extends between the separator chamber and a downstream subchamber in the coalescer chamber at the downstream face of the coalescer filter element, and supplies pre-separated liquid from the separator chamber through the transfer tube to the noted downstream subchamber as driven by pressure differential between the separator chamber and the downstream subchamber, to eliminate a dedicated housing drain outlet from the separator chamber. The coalescer may provide a crankcase ventilation filter for an internal combustion engine having blowby gas containing an air-oil mixture.
