The first access portion is directly or indirectly connected with the first passage. When the camera assembly accesses the first access port, at least a part of the camera assembly extends into the first passage. When the instrument adapter structure accesses the first access port, the first instrument extends into the first passage. According to the soft endoscopy device, the functions of the passages and the access ports are expanded by introducing the instrument adapter structure and by multiplexing the passages and the access ports.
