    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a processing module selects one or more normal carriers or special carriers from a first carrier set for an uplink subframe, where the first carrier set includes all carriers in carrier aggregation that are used by the terminal device to send a first uplink subframe; and a sending module cancels sending of the uplink subframe on one or more carriers, where the special carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink, and the normal carrier is a carrier that is used by the terminal device to send uplink data and/or uplink control information. An uplink subframe on some carriers is rejected, thereby resolving a problem that information such as a downlink channel characteristic of a carrier cannot be obtained when no uplink reference signal is sent on the carrier.

The system can efficiently allocate resources between different tasks by invoking the task on a particular hardware configuration that is selected based on a current availability of the selected hardware configuration to host an execution environment in which the task is implemented and an expected time to invoke the task on the individual hardware configuration. The system can therefore efficiently allocate resources among inferences using a variety of different ML models.

    Abstract: Apparatus and methods to support IP flow mobility (IFOM) via multiple wireless accesses in a wireless device are disclosed. The wireless device initiates network-based IFOM (NB-IFOM) to establish and manage IP flows. Support for NB-IFOM is negotiated during initial attach procedures to either or both wireless accesses and by using packet data network (PDN) connectivity procedures. The wireless device sends routing rules including priorities to apply to both existing and future IP flows or to future IP flows only. The wireless device requests to move IP flows from a source access to a target access. When a new wireless access is added to an existing PDN connection, an identical IP address for the wireless device is allocated as used for the existing PDN connection. The network establishes a GPRS tunneling protocol (GTP) tunnel for the new wireless access while maintaining a previously established GTP tunnel for the existing wireless access.
