Abstract: A bathroom accessory in the form of three canisters with lids connected together, to conveniently store often needed tools near the bathroom commode. These tools include a suction-type plunger device, extra rolls of toilet tissue, and a brush to clean a toilet, all which can be accessed by lifting the lids, reaching in and pulling the tool upward and out of its canister. For store shelf compactness, storing, or moving this accessory, the invention also disassembles, and all of it's contents (minus the toilet paper) can be put inside the plunger canister, making an efficient size for shipping this product to the customer.

Abstract: A plastic container for receiving a commodity and retaining the commodity during high-temperature pasteurization and subsequent cooling that includes an upper portion, a sidewall portion, and a base portion. The upper portion defines an aperture and is sealable with a closure. The sidewall portion, which defines a sidewall diameter, is connected to and extends generally downward from the upper portion. The base portion has a chime section connected to and extending generally downward and inward from the sidewall portion, and a push-up section connected to and extending generally upward and inward from the chime section to close the plastic container. The push-up section defines a push-up diameter, and the ratio of the sidewall diameter to the push-up diameter is at least 1.3:1.0.

Abstract: A system, container, and a label for monitoring the use of a container. The label is ideally inserted into the wall of the container. The label preferably includes an indicating ink that incrementally changes color or changes shade when certain external energy sources are applied. The labeled container can be used in a system of monitoring, characterizing, and recording information and traits regarding containers wherein the incremental changes in the indicating ink are measured. The information, such as counting cycles of container use, is preferably machine-readable, as well as human-readable.

Abstract: A shoe cushion system integrated in a heel portion of a shoe includes a cavity in the heel of the sole for housing a honeycomb cushion and a strike pad to reduce foot fatigue. A spring is located directly above the strike pad and directs force from the impact of a foot on the heel portion of the shoe. An extendable portion of the spring is positioned within a lasting board aperture, while a flat portion overlaps the lasting board. This spring is made from a gel-like substance, which allows the extendable portion to project through the aperture when force is applied to the heel portion of the shoe. The extendable portion of the spring transfers force onto the strike pad, which in turn presses down on the honeycomb cushion. This honeycomb cushion compresses under the pressure of the strike pad to absorb some of the force.

Abstract: A composite bowl has a seamless, one-piece, stainless steel inner body with a covering or outer body formed of a flexible and resilient frictional material. The outer body has an enlarged bead around the rim of the bowl and the stainless inner body is rolled around the bead.

Abstract: A film bag laminate including an outer layer, an inner layer and an adhesive layer for attaching the outer layer to the inner layer. The adhesive layer includes a non-adhesive portion where the outer layer is not adhered to the inner layer. A printed ink layer is formed on the inside surface of the outer layer. The printed ink layer has a hidden indicia portion formed from multiple layers of ink. The hidden indicia portion includes an ink pattern layer disposed on the inner surface of the outer layer which forms at least a partially obscuring and distracting pattern that is visible from the outside of the film bag. A gray block layer of ink is formed on the ink pattern layer. A hidden indicia ink layer is disposed on top of the gray block layer. The hidden indicia layer is obscured from view from the outside of the package by the ink pattern layer and the gray block layer.
