Abstract: In a method and user interface for the presentation of multiple image data sets within the scope of a comparative evaluation, a determination is made of at least three organization parameters that describe a sorting of images within an image data set and/or across image data sets, at least one organization parameter is associated with at least one dimension of a three-dimensional matrix, which one dimension is associated with a spatial direction, the images of the image data sets are arranged in the three-dimensional matrix according to the sorting, using the organization parameters and the dimensions, and at least a portion of the images is shown on a presentation device according to their arrangement in the three-dimensional matrix and the spatial directions.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer accessible medium for an identity based user interface. An identity based user interface may display user interface elements including communication-related information for a plurality of identities. The communication related information may indicate multiple communication mechanisms for each identity. In response to selection of one of the communication mechanisms, an identity based user interface may initiate communication with the corresponding identity using the selected mechanism. An identity based user interface may also display information regarding the presence, reach-ability or future availability for one or more of the identities and may request and receive such information from an identity framework. An identity based user interface may utilize shared identity objects to store and maintain the communication related information.

The provider care card comprises a requirements display area configured to display at least one or more clinical measures relating to at least one patient, a measurements display area configured to display one or more measurements completed for one or more clinical measures relating to at least one patient, a first plurality of microdisplays configured to display a first visual indicator for each of the clinical measures that has been met, and a second plurality of microdisplays configured to display a second visual indicator for each of the clinical measures that has not been met.

According to one example method, a plurality of size thresholds is defined that are associated with a plurality of functional states for a window. Upon detecting that a size of a window reaches a first size threshold, a first functional state is applied to a window. Then, upon detecting another size threshold as the window is being increased or decreased in size, another functional state associated with the detected threshold is applied to the window.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are disclosed which include gathering future location information of one or more friends of a user, receiving from a computing device, an indication of a second future date, displaying the future locations that are associated with a first future date that matches the second future date, receiving, at the computing device from the user, a selection of one of the future locations displayed, displaying one or more friends of the user associated with the selected future location, determining that a digital connection does not exist between the first friend and the second friend in a social network, providing an indication on the computing device showing that the digital connection does not exist, receiving an indication from the user to initiate contact between the first friend and the second friend, and providing a first notification to the first friend and the second friend.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for a gesture recognition interface system. The interface system may comprise a first and second light source positioned to illuminate a background surface. The interface system may also comprise at least one camera operative to receive a first plurality of images based on a first reflected light contrast difference between the background surface and a sensorless input object caused by the first light source and a second plurality of images based on a second reflected light contrast difference between the background surface and the sensorless input object caused by the second light source. The interface system may further comprise a controller operative to determine a given input gesture based on changes in relative locations of the sensorless input object in the first plurality of images and the second plurality of images. The controller may further be operative to initiate a device input associated with the given input gesture.

Abstract: Upon receiving a request for a user interface view from a user interface, a user identity and a user authorization class for a user of the user interface can be checked against a user registry and an authorization class registry, respectively. A user interface view component can be retrieved according to the user identity and the user authorization class. The user interface view can be generated by aggregating the retrieved user interface view component with at least one other user interface view component consistent with the user identity and user authorization class, and the generated user interface view can be returned for display to the user via the user interface. Abstract: A screen design user interface that may operate in an interactive mode and a design mode. The user interface includes a screen presentation portion for presenting an application screen under design, and a mode control for selecting between the interactive mode and the design mode. When the user interface is in interactive mode, the user interface actually allows interaction with one or more application element of a screen displayed in the screen presentation portion such that interaction with the corresponding application element causes execution of a corresponding function and thus a corresponding change in state of the screen. When the user interface is in design mode, the user interface supports design of the application screen by recognizing design gestures, but disables the application elements.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for comparing two slide decks using a compare service. The compare service generates a comparison analysis for the two slide decks based on a comparison theme selected by the user. The result of the analysis is displayed in a comparison display that includes a slide selector section, a slide pair viewer section, and a navigable change summary section. In one embodiment, the compare service allows the user to select preferred slides from the two slide decks displayed in the comparison display, and subsequently generates a new slide deck that contains only the preferred slides selected by the user.
