    Abstract: A chemical composition consisting of a very low pH mixture of hydrochloric and phosphoric acids with organic ammonium chlorides and organic sulfate. The composition is effective for the removal of rust and stains from a variety of surfaces, including metal, concrete, plastic, wood and fiberglass surfaces, and is non-corrosive to metals and relatively harmless to organic materials.
