  • Patent number: 11691168
Abstract: A dispenser pump has a plunger operable in a body including an outer cylinder body having a vent opening in its sidewall and a body insert fitting into the top of the body cylinder and providing an external collar through which the plunger stem operates. The body insert has a lock-down thread to lock down the plunger for shipping. The insert also has an undulating annular vent-control bead extending right round its cylindrical outer surface, engaging the cylinder wall with interference for either blocking or unblocking the vent opening, according to whether the vent-control bead lies above or below the interior vent opening, by rotation between the body cylinder and body insert. The rotation can be driven by rotation of the plunger head, which makes a catch engagement with the top of the body insert. Blocking the vent during shipping reduces leakage.

  • Patent number: 11685591
Abstract: An interface ring which is the interface between a container and an applicator comprising a circular socket with a plurality of laterally extending protrusions, a cylindrical thread being arranged above the socket, a central cylindrical opening extending through the interface ring in the centre of the thread and the socket wherein the thread presents a plurality of interruptions extending axially from the socket to the upper end of the thread, the interruptions dividing the thread into thread portions. It is an object of the present invention to provide an optimized interface ring. In order to achieve this object, the interface ring comprises deformable vertical ribs laterally extending mostly parallel to the radial axis of the interface ring wherein the deformable ribs deform when the interface ring is mounted on the outer rim of the cup of a valve or by other means on to the container. An interface ring with an increased grip of the interface ring on the valve.

  • Patent number: 11679403
Abstract: A reusable, refillable airless fluid pump dispenser that is leakproof and designed specifically for travel. To operate the dispenser, the user presses an ergonomic depression on the top of the dispenser to engage the pump and cause a platform within the dispenser to rise, evenly distributing a fluid from the dispenser. The user can twist off the top and remove it from the body of the dispenser, which permits access to the interior of the dispenser to refill or wash as needed. The user may access the platform, raising it or pushing it back down to either adjust the amount of product they would like to fill or to reuse once product has been depleted. The attached outer cap of the top twists to lock, both blocking the nozzle from distributing any product and also preventing the top from depressing and engaging the pump.

  • Patent number: 11660624
Abstract: In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, Flair® based aerosol-type devices can be provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair® technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. Such a dispensing device has a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a reservoir and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates the trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve. In a dispensing head a valve is provided to regulate the strength of the flow and preclude leakage. Once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it can be dispensed by a user opening an activation valve, such as by pressing on an activation button, and spray can be abruptly stopped by a user ceasing to push on such button.
