Abstract: A toilet seat assembly is provided including a seat base with a housing and a seat lid, and further including a washing apparatus, a drying apparatus, and a spray canister device positioned in the housing. A controller having a user interface is configured to communicate with a control unit of the toilet seat assembly to control operation of the components of the toilet seat assembly. So configured, a user may operate the toilet seat assembly to clean the user's perineal region via the washing apparatus, dry the user's perineal region via the drying apparatus, and spray the user's perineal region with one or more liquid products via the spray canister device.

Abstract: A pool nozzle assembly according to one embodiment includes a base having a hollow interior, an open first end, an open second end that is configured for securement to a wall of a pool. The pool nozzle assembly including a nozzle including a hollow ball portion and an elongated extension that protrudes radially outward from one end face of the hollow ball portion. A cover is configured to mate with the base to capture the ball portion between the cover and the base, the cover having an opening through which the elongated extension passes through.

Abstract: Provided is a toilet clog removal device installed in a toilet bowl. The toilet clog removal device comprises cartridge provided in an upper portion of a toilet body and configured to generate or store gas with pressure; a toilet cover hinged to the cartridge and configured to open and close above a toilet seat and the toilet body. The cartridge stores a compound for generating the gas with pressure inside and, when the compound decomposes by igniting an igniter, the gas with pressure is generated and discharged from the cartridge.

Abstract: A toilet having a first-magnet secured to the terminal end of the toilet's flush-arm and a second-magnet secured to the toilet's lid such that when the lid is in its open or up position, the two magnets align preventing the flush-arm from rotating upward to cause the toilet to flush. Conversely, when the lid is down and the two magnets are separated, the flush-arm can be rotated upward causing the toilet to flush. In another example, a magnet-attracting component, such as iron, cobalt or nickel, can be substituted for one of the magnets. A kit for retrofitting an existing toilet is also disclosed.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for facilitating the installation of a toilet over a closet collar for a drain pipe. According to various embodiments, a toilet seal assembly is positioned between the toilet and the closet collar, providing a seal between the toilet and the flange of the closet collar. The toilet seal assembly may include a flexible rubber seal and a compressible foam seal ring. The flexible rubber seal may include an annular wall, an upper ring that extends radially inward from the annular wall, and a lower ring that extends radially outward from the annular wall. The compressible foam seal ring may be disposed on the lower ring of the flexible rubber seal.

Abstract: A tankless toilet includes a bowl, a trapway, and a jet. The bowl includes a rim at an upper portion of the bowl and a sump at a lower portion of the bowl. The trapway extends from the sump to a drain. The jet includes a main channel configured to receive a supply of water from a supply conduit, and a plurality of distribution channels configured to introduce water received from the main channel to at least one of the sump and the trapway. The jet is configured to receive the supply of water from the supply conduit at a first flow rate and induce a flow from the supply of water into the trapway at a second flow rate greater than the first flow rate to prime a siphon within the trapway. The second flow rate is greater than the first flow rate prior to priming the siphon.

The dosing pump further includes a piston moveable between a suction position and a discharge position. The piston has a first head portion moveable within the first chamber, and a second head portion moveable with the second chamber. Further, movement of the piston from the suction position to the discharge position discharges fluid from the first and second chambers into the mixing area.

A second inlet of the heat exchanger is placed in a fluid communication with a clean water conduit under a water supply network pressure to provide a second flow passing through the heat exchanger without mixing with the first flow, and between the second inlet and a second outlet of the heat exchanger. The bypass conduit provides a bypass between the first inlet of the heat exchanger and the sewer.
